C\u2019est pourquoi certains responsables masculins laissent la porte de leur bureau d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment ouverte afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de se voir injustement accus\u00e9s de comportements ind\u00e9sirables par des coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles d\u00e9marches le travailleur peut-il envisager en cas de comportement ind\u00e9sirable ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La personne concern\u00e9e doit tout d&rsquo;abord indiquer clairement \u00e0 son ou sa coll\u00e8gue qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie pas ses gestes et lui demander de cesser. Tr\u00e8s souvent, l\u2019auteur d&rsquo;un geste ne r\u00e9alise pas que celui-ci est d\u00e9plac\u00e9. Qui plus est, il peut m\u00eame consid\u00e9rer que son ou sa coll\u00e8gue appr\u00e9cie ses marques d&rsquo;attention.<br \/>\nSi cette approche directe se r\u00e9v\u00e8le infructueuse, l\u2019id\u00e9al pour la personne est de se tourner vers un responsable. Faute de solution, elle peut s\u2019adresser \u00e0 la personne de confiance de l\u2019entreprise ou au service externe de pr\u00e9vention et de protection au travail. Les deux parties auront ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019exprimer. Les comportements ind\u00e9sirables cesseront g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 ce stade.<br \/>\nSi le comportement ind\u00e9sirable ne cesse pas malgr\u00e9 tout, le conseiller en pr\u00e9vention bien-\u00eatre psychosocial peut, \u00e0 la demande du collaborateur concern\u00e9, inviter l\u2019autre partie \u00e0 un entretien afin de parvenir \u00e0 trois \u00e0 des accords concrets. Les deux coll\u00e8gues peuvent, par exemple, convenir de ne pas entrer dans le bureau de l&rsquo;autre.<br \/>\nEnfin, il est important que l&rsquo;entreprise suive bien l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation. Certes, cela demandera du temps, mais le r\u00e9sultat sera durable.<br \/>\nPrenez tout incident au s\u00e9rieux<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Il est de toute fa\u00e7on essentiel de toujours prendre au s\u00e9rieux tout comportement abusif au travail \u00bb<\/em>, affirme Liantis.
