Valarie Toda explique en effet \u00e0 Business Insider que les questions les plus difficiles lors des entretiens d&#8217;embauche chez Netflix sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la culture de l&rsquo;entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Elle a ainsi d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Business Insider US que sa question pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e lors d&rsquo;un entretien d&#8217;embauche est la suivante : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Quand avez-vous donn\u00e9 un feedback direct \u00e0 votre patron pour la derni\u00e8re fois ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Cette question vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer dans quelle mesure les candidats sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise pour donner et recevoir des remarques et comment ils peuvent g\u00e9rer les conflits. L&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la communication sont deux des 10 valeurs fondamentales que Netflix expose dans son m\u00e9mo sur sa culture interne. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Vous dites ce que vous pensez, quand c&rsquo;est dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de Netflix, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est inconfortable\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme le texte. Les employ\u00e9s de Netflix sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 donner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leur avis aux autres employ\u00e9s, y compris \u00e0 leur patron, jusqu&rsquo;au PDG Reed Hastings.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les environnements de travail ne sont pas aussi ouverts. Selon Valarie Toda, un candidat a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question d&rsquo;entretien en admettant simplement qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;avait jamais fait de commentaires critiques \u00e0 son patron auparavant. La responsable du recrutement pr\u00e9cise encore comment son interlocuteur a r\u00e9pondu:\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Je ne l&rsquo;ai jamais fait. Je n&rsquo;ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 dans un environnement o\u00f9 je me sentais en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour le faire. Mais&#8230; J&rsquo;ai lu le m\u00e9mo sur la culture [d&rsquo;entreprise chez Netflix] et je sais que je vais devoir le faire ici. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles je postule, parce que je veux d\u00e9velopper cette comp\u00e9tence\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;\u00e9tait super puissant et cela m&rsquo;a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il avait conscience de lui-m\u00eame ainsi que le courage n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9ussir ici,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> commente-t-elle.\u00a0Cette r\u00e9ponse t\u00e9moigne des qualit\u00e9s que Netflix recherche chez ses nouveaux employ\u00e9s. Le courage est une autre des 10 valeurs. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Vous \u00eates capable d&rsquo;\u00eatre vuln\u00e9rable, \u00e0 la recherche de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9crit le site de l&rsquo;entreprise.
