Durant cette journ\u00e9e, un duo se cr\u00e9e entre cette derni\u00e8re et un travailleur. Cette journ\u00e9e implique une participation active aux t\u00e2ches habituelles du travailleur de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0La Flandre est la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9gion en Belgique \u00e0 avoir mis en place son DUOdag. La Wallonie a suivi quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard avec sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du DUOday qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en 2013.\u00a0En 2020, le DUOday aura lieu le 14 mai.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises d\u00e9couvrent les capacit\u00e9s des personnes en situation de handicap, prennent connaissance du r\u00e9seau de professionnels qui travaillent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une tranche importante de la population (15% de la population active d\u00e9clare avoir un handicap).<\/p>\n<p>Outre ces aspects, l\u2019attention porte sur la gestion du handicap en entreprise, la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale du monde de l\u2019entreprise et un vivier de comp\u00e9tences peu exploit\u00e9. En effet, 35% des personnes en situation de handicap ont un emploi contre 72% pour les personnes sans limitations.<br \/>\nLa personne handicap\u00e9e, quant \u00e0 elle, va d\u00e9couvrir les exigences d\u2019un poste, d\u2019un m\u00e9tier, d\u2019un secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 ou d\u2019une entreprise particuli\u00e8re. Cette journ\u00e9e permettra \u00e0 certains d\u2019amorcer un parcours vers une formation, pour d&rsquo;autres, de mieux cerner leur orientation professionnelle, ou encore, d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur recherche d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Le poste concern\u00e9 par le duo ne doit pas \u00eatre n\u00e9cessairement un poste vacant. Il est \u00e9galement peu souhaitable que ce soit une fonction cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;occasion. Il s\u2019agit de permettre \u00e0 une personne handicap\u00e9e de d\u00e9couvrir un poste de travail r\u00e9el !<br \/>\nEn 2019, des duos se sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans des m\u00e9tiers diversifi\u00e9s : employ\u00e9 administratif, agent d\u2019accueil, t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniste, agent de maintenance et logistique, ouvrier polyvalent, menuisier commis de cuisine, r\u00e9assortisseur, ouvrier espace vert, ouvrier d\u2019emballage, \u2026<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, le DUOday n\u2019implique pas d\u2019engagement \u00e0 la suite de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Statuts et conventions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Formellement, une convention de \u00ab stage de d\u00e9couverte \u00bb est sign\u00e9e entre l\u2019entreprise, la personne accueillie et l\u2019AViQ. Ou lorsque le stagiaire est en formation dans un CFISPA (Centre de Formation et d\u2019Insertion Socioprofessionnelle Adapt\u00e9), une convention de stage est sign\u00e9e entre l\u2019entreprise, la personne handicap\u00e9e et le CFISPA. Cela signifie entre autres que la pr\u00e9sence du stagiaire dans l\u2019entreprise est valid\u00e9e, que le stagiaire ch\u00f4meur a droit \u00e0 ses allocations pour cette journ\u00e9e, etc.<br \/>\nL\u2019AViQ et ses partenaires soutiennent l&rsquo;action en incluant une assurance permettant un travail effectif, une rencontre pr\u00e9alable, ainsi que l&rsquo;identification d&rsquo;une personne de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Calendrier<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises proposent leur participation et encode la ou les fonctions pour lesquels le DUOday s\u2019envisage (cl\u00f4ture des inscriptions le 3 avril).\u00a0Le matching entre les fonctions propos\u00e9es et les candidats a lieu en avril 2020 par les formateurs des CFISPA (centres de formation et d\u2019insertion socioprofessionnelle adapt\u00e9s), les jobcoachs du Soutien dans l\u2019emploi, des associations, les services d\u2019accompagnements, les agents des bureaux r\u00e9gionaux de l\u2019AViQ, \u2026<br \/>\nUne rencontre pr\u00e9alable entre la personne handicap\u00e9e, l\u2019entreprise, un professionnel de l\u2019insertion permettra d\u2019affiner les t\u00e2ches et modalit\u00e9s.
