D\u2019autres pas, d\u00e8s lors que nous nous apercevons qu\u2019elles sont parfaitement inutiles&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des appellations qui r\u00e9pondent souvent \u00e0 des tendances d\u2019\u00e9volution de nos organisations, les fonctions \u00e9mergentes doivent d\u00e9sormais adresser des enjeux dits transversaux. Il s\u2019agit de sortir du petit p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre strat\u00e9gique traditionnellement d\u00e9volu aux \u00e9quipes RH pour impliquer tant\u00f4t d\u2019autres d\u00e9partements de l\u2019entreprise, tant\u00f4t des partenaires externes importants. Comment nous organiser pour cela ? Voici donc notre contribution \u00e0 l\u2019inflation des nouveaux jobs dans le domaine du People Management : nous avons besoin de Paradox Managers.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9rer les contradictions. Tel est l\u2019enjeu. C\u2019est la faute \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 du monde et \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des mutations que nous \u00ab\u00a0subissons\u00a0\u00bb la plupart du temps, il faut bien le dire. Notre biotope, notre environnement, notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nos collaborateurs sont autant de paradoxes vivants. Quelques \u00e9vidences ?<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00ab\u00a0foutue\u00a0\u00bb g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, collaborative par nature gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son impr\u00e9gnation dans les m\u00e9dia sociaux d\u00e8s la naissance, mais aussi terriblement individualiste (c\u2019est la formule bienveillante de l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme) et p\u00e9nible lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019entrer dans une dynamique collective\u2026 Les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui s\u2019installent progressivement dans les entreprises sont en qu\u00eate de propositions de sens et de valeurs\u2026 \u00e0 condition que ces propositions soient en lien direct avec leurs centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat personnel. Paradoxal, n\u2019est-il pas ?<\/p>\n<p>Reparlons-nous aussi du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ici ? La r\u00e9organisation profonde de l\u2019espace\/temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise veut r\u00e9pondre dans un premier temps \u00e0 un souci d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle. Mais elle doit aussi repr\u00e9senter une solution en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale tenant compte des probl\u00e9matiques de mobilit\u00e9 et de restrictions budg\u00e9taires entre autres. Nos collaborateurs doivent donc veiller \u00e0 performer davantage tout en privil\u00e9giant leur qualit\u00e9 de vie et leur bien-\u00eatre. Paradoxal, peut-\u00eatre ?<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi enfin! Nous vivons avec un taux de ch\u00f4mage d\u00e9testable et un nombre d\u2019emploi vacants tout aussi incompr\u00e9hensible, faute de comp\u00e9tences adapt\u00e9es nous dit-on (je n\u2019y crois pas !). Paradoxal, non ?<\/p>\n<p>Plong\u00e9s dans le milieu professionnel, nous sommes programm\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel en privil\u00e9giant la raison. Il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l\u2019origine que nous ayons \u00e0 arbitrer en permanence les contradictions et complexit\u00e9s du monde qui nous entoure. Il suffisait d\u2019\u00eatre binaire.<\/p>\n<p>La gestion de ces paradoxes devient une discipline \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Cela commence par la compr\u00e9hension de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et le d\u00e9codage des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui impactent l\u2019entreprise. Anticiper. Cela passe ensuite par la construction des arguments et des r\u00e9ponses originales que nous pouvons donner pour composer avec ces oppositions d\u2019id\u00e9es. Inventer. Cela d\u00e9pend enfin de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 partager avec l\u2019ensemble de nos coll\u00e8gues une vision du futur qui int\u00e8gre la complexit\u00e9 environnante et d\u00e9veloppe les esprits critiques et constructifs. Communiquer.<\/p>\n<p>Au diable donc les fonctions r\u00e9paratrices que nous imaginons pour r\u00e9parer les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts caus\u00e9s par l\u2019incompr\u00e9hension et la perte de rep\u00e8res ainsi que les conflits qu\u2019elles g\u00e9n\u00e8rent.
