Malgr\u00e9 la f\u00e9minisation du march\u00e9, femmes et hommes n\u2019ont pas les m\u00eames chances sur le march\u00e9 du travail bruxellois. Des chiffres-cl\u00e9s le d\u00e9montrent.<!--more--><br \/>\nDe plus en plus de Bruxelloises travaillent. En 2018 : 213.279 femmes avaient un emploi, elles n\u2019\u00e9taient que 128.800 en 1989. C\u2019est un bond de 65,6%. La progression est nettement moins spectaculaire pour les hommes. En 2018, ils \u00e9taient 249.829 \u00e0 travailler pour 183.900 en 1989, soit une hausse de 35,9%.<\/p>\n<p>Autre indicateur : en regardant les 740.000 emplois de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale, on remarque que 47,6% d\u2019entre eux sont occup\u00e9s par des femmes, pour 40,2% en 1992.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le taux d\u2019emploi des femmes est de 52,4%. Il reste nettement en-de\u00e7\u00e0 de celui des hommes (61,2%), alors que les femmes sont bien souvent plus qualifi\u00e9es.\u00a0Ce taux diminue encore avec la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019enfants. Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui touche particuli\u00e8rement Bruxelles. Interpellant quand on sait que dans la capitale, 1 enfant sur 4 grandit dans une famille monoparentale. Dans 9 cas sur 10, c\u2019est la m\u00e8re qui en a la charge. Les femmes travaillent aussi davantage \u00e0 temps partiel que la gent masculine. Elles sont 32,6% dans ce cas, pour 12% d\u2019hommes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux m\u00e9tiers est in\u00e9gal.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certains m\u00e9tiers, \u00e0 Bruxelles, restent majoritairement f\u00e9minins. Dans le top 3, on retrouve le personnel soignant, les sp\u00e9cialistes de la sant\u00e9 et les aides de m\u00e9nages. Dans ces professions, plus de 70% du personnel est f\u00e9minin. D\u2019autres sont, en revanche, plus difficile d\u2019acc\u00e8s, car r\u00e9serv\u00e9s en grande partie aux hommes : c\u2019est le cas des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9lectrotechnique (0% de femmes), les m\u00e9tiers qualifi\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent (2,2%), et les conducteurs de v\u00e9hicules lourds (5,9%).<\/p>\n<p>De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, les travailleuses sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les fonctions \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s. \u00c0 Bruxelles, sur 15.000 directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, il y a 28,6% de femmes. Elles sont 38,2% parmi les 70.518 managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les femmes plus touch\u00e9es par la discrimination.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ajoutons \u00e0 cela les discriminations qui sont une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et qui touchent particuli\u00e8rement les femmes, encore plus si elles sont d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re. Une r\u00e9elle probl\u00e9matique, quand on sait que 3\/4 des femmes en \u00e2ge de travailler sont d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes \u00e9tant plus souvent dans des situations de retrait par rapport au march\u00e9 du travail, elles connaissent un risque plus important de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9. D\u2019autant que l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial reste une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 m\u00eame si la Belgique fait des progr\u00e8s et est un bon \u00e9l\u00e8ve europ\u00e9en en la mati\u00e8re. L\u2019\u00e9cart salarial \u00e9tait de 9,6% pour les salaires annuels bruts (temps plein) en 2017.
