Peu d&rsquo;innovation en la mati\u00e8re malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;offrir un salaire comp\u00e9titif dans des m\u00e9tiers en manque de talents et de comp\u00e9tences. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comp\u00e9titive dans l\u2019industrie en Belgique? SD Worx a relev\u00e9 le top cinq des instruments \u00e0 cet effet pour le secteur industriel \u2013 ce qui concerne pr\u00e8s d\u2019un million de travailleurs &#8211; sur un panel de 170 000 travailleurs.<br \/>\nLes employeurs actifs dans l\u2019industrie s\u2019efforcent d\u2019offrir un package salarial attractif \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs par le biais d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments suppl\u00e9mentaires. Dans l\u2019industrie, huit ouvriers sur dix re\u00e7oivent tant des ch\u00e8ques-repas (82 %) qu\u2019une intervention pour leurs d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail (76 %). Loin derri\u00e8re viennent les \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques et, \u00e9tonnamment, le bonus CCT 90, dans les deux cas pour pr\u00e8s de quatre ouvriers sur dix, soit plus que pour les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Top 5 des instruments de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis, Manager r\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx : <em>\u00ab Pour octroyer un salaire comp\u00e9titif dans l\u2019industrie en Belgique, nos employeurs ont recours \u00e0 plusieurs valeurs sures : pour les ouvriers comme pour les employ\u00e9s, les ch\u00e8ques-repas, l\u2019intervention dans les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail et les \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques viennent en t\u00eate. Pour les employ\u00e9s de ce secteur, on rel\u00e8ve le m\u00eame ordre, avec une exception au niveau de l\u2019assurance groupe, qui figure dans le top cinq (et l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo \u00e0 raison de 10 % en moins). Notons que le bonus salarial collectif (ou bonus CCT 90) figure \u00e9galement dans le top cinq. Un instrument id\u00e9al pour impliquer tous les collaborateurs dans les objectifs de l\u2019entreprise et les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer davantage pour la croissance qu\u2019ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9e ensemble. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les classiques compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par un bonus collectif<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Dans le contexte de la guerre des talents, il s\u2019agit de conserver et motiver les travailleurs en leur octroyant des avantages connus tels que les ch\u00e8ques-repas et \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques. Raison pour laquelle les employeurs les ajoutent au salaire brut. On peut se r\u00e9jouir du fait que les employeurs de l\u2019industrie ont trouv\u00e9 la voie vers le bonus CCT 90 en vue de r\u00e9compenser les ouvriers et employ\u00e9s qui ont atteint les objectifs collectifs.
