A c\u00f4t\u00e9 du secteur de la sant\u00e9, le monde des affaires est sur le pont pour faire face \u00e0 cette crise sanitaire. Le gouvernement a pris des mesures sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent qui obligent entreprises et employ\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019adapter rapidement. Comment nos organisations belges g\u00e8rent-elles cette situation ? Pour tenter de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, Hudson effectuera des sondages r\u00e9guliers. Ce vendredi 20 mars, la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, \u00e0 laquelle pas moins de 158 organisations ont particip\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont indiqu\u00e9 que 95% des organisations ont rendu possible le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, que 60% des organisations utilisent activement du ch\u00f4mage temporaire et que 27% des organisations ne savent pas encore si les augmentations salariales pr\u00e9vues seront maintenues<\/p>\n<p>Environ la moiti\u00e9 des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019elles invoqueront le \u00ab ch\u00f4mage temporaire Covid-19 \u00bb. 10% des organisations b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment mis en \u0153uvre. Environ 60% des employeurs utiliseront activement le ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour tenter de garder la t\u00eate hors de l\u2019eau durant le passage de cette crise.<\/p>\n<p>Une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019employeurs interrog\u00e9s (60 %) soup\u00e7onnent que ce syst\u00e8me devra davantage se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Ils s\u2019attendent en effet \u00e0 ce que leurs r\u00e9sultats soient drastiquement impact\u00e9s par cette crise du Coronavirus. D\u00e9j\u00e0 70% des organisations constatent, aujourd\u2019hui, un impact significatif sur leur chiffre d\u2019affaires et sur leur production.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une preuve de flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e9tonnante.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une propagation rapide du virus, les employeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s d\u2019organiser le travail diff\u00e9remment. Pas moins de 95 % des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont permis \u00e0 leurs salari\u00e9s, et organis\u00e9 en un temps record, le travail \u00e0 domicile. Nous constatons que cela reste surtout compliqu\u00e9 dans les environnements de production.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau des attentes, les employeurs belges sont \u00e9tonnamment flexibles dans ces circonstances en ce qui concerne la combinaison du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et de la prise en charge des enfants. Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55%) des organisations n&rsquo;imposent pas de r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s. 40% des organisations demandent \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s de tout de m\u00eame r\u00e9aliser le nombre d&rsquo;heures pr\u00e9vues, mais leur laissent le soin de d\u00e9terminer eux-m\u00eames leur planning (par exemple, avant ou apr\u00e8s des moments de garde d&rsquo;enfants). Seulement 5% des organisations s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que leurs employ\u00e9s prennent des cong\u00e9s dans le but de compenser le temps pass\u00e9 avec les enfants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Impact sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La crise du Coronavirus laissera \u00e9galement des traces sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. 27 % des organisations ne savent pas encore si les augmentations salariales pr\u00e9vues seront maintenues cette ann\u00e9e. 12 % des organisations indiquent qu\u2019elles ne pourront les r\u00e9aliser que partiellement. Pour les autres employeurs, les augmentations de salaire avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es ou seront maintenues comme pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>Les indemnit\u00e9s de la direction semblent \u00e9galement \u00eatre impact\u00e9es. 15% des organisations d\u00e9clarent que ces indemnit\u00e9s ne seront que partiellement pay\u00e9es, alors que 24% n\u2019ont pas encore pris de d\u00e9cision \u00e0 ce sujet. Le taux m\u00e9dian de r\u00e9duction des indemnit\u00e9s serait de -20%.<\/p>\n<p>Seulement 20% des employeurs accordent aujourd\u2019hui une indemnit\u00e9 pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail aux personnes qui ne le pratiquaient pas auparavant. Ces frais comprennent, par exemple, les frais engendr\u00e9s pour l\u2019ordinateur, la connexion internet, le chauffage et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.
