Plus de 6 salari\u00e9s sur 10 pensent que leur employeur les y guidera. Pourtant, \u00e0 peine 1 employeur sur 3 investit dans la reconversion de son personnel, alors qu&rsquo;au vu de l&rsquo;avenir, cela est plus que n\u00e9cessaire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort de la 5i\u00e8me \u00e9dition de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Global Talent Trends, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le cabinet de conseil Mercer aupr\u00e8s de 7 300 dirigeants, responsables RH et travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque de comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires des salari\u00e9s est \u00a0la raison principale pour laquelle les processus de transformation \u00e9chouent. 61 % des salari\u00e9s pensent que leur employeur les pr\u00e9pare au travail du futur et 55 % font confiance \u00e0 leur entreprise pour les reconvertir ou les recycler si leur poste venait \u00e0 \u00e9voluer en raison de l&rsquo;automatisation.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, seulement 34 % des responsables RH investissent dans la reconversion et le recyclage du personnel dans le cadre de leur strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;avenir. De plus, 40 % ne sont pas au courant des comp\u00e9tences dont dispose actuellement leur personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019intervalle, on a pris conscience que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail doit \u00eatre la priorit\u00e9 n\u00b0 1 des RH : miser sur le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9, accorder une place centrale \u00e0 l\u2019humain. Une telle approche est n\u00e9cessaire, surtout lorsque l\u2019impact de la crise du coronavirus se fera pleinement ressentir. En effet, les salari\u00e9s qui se plaisent au travail auront plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 rester, \u00e0 \u00eatre plus r\u00e9silients et plus enclins \u00e0 se reconvertir, aidant ainsi les entreprises \u00e0 rebondir. Et pourtant, seulement 40 % des responsables RH l\u2019int\u00e8grent \u00e0 leur strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau suivant pr\u00e9sente les comp\u00e9tences qui seront demand\u00e9es dans les 12 prochains mois, d&rsquo;abord selon les salari\u00e9s, puis selon les responsables RH :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Selon les collaborateurs :\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1.
