Celle-ci vient de conclure un accord global pour 2016, accord qui correspond \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord interprofessionnel 2015-2016 et \u00e0 la norme de mod\u00e9ration salariale.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le premier accord jamais conclu en commission paritaire 200. Les employ\u00e9s relevant de la 218, dite auxiliaire ou r\u00e9siduelle, viennent d&rsquo;y \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s. Ils sont plus de 400.000 dans plus de trente secteurs diff\u00e9rents (construction, garages, publicit\u00e9, information, agences de voyage, commerce de gros, industrie du verre ou du bois&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Seule la FEB si\u00e9geait \u00e0 la commission paritaire 218. Au sein de la 200, l&rsquo;UCM et son \u00e9quivalent flamand l&rsquo;Unizo repr\u00e9sentent les PME. Selon l&rsquo;UCM, <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;accord garantit la paix sociale, reste strictement dans les limites de l&rsquo;accord interprofessionnel et la prime de 250 \u20ac en 2016 est \u00e0 la fois simple et souple. L&#8217;employeur peut la verser brute ou l&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de son entreprise s&rsquo;il octroie des ch\u00e8ques-repas ou pr\u00e9voit une pension compl\u00e9mentaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le point principal concerne le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat. Les employeurs verseront en 2016 une prime de 250 \u20ac. C&rsquo;est une somme brute, qui peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par une augmentation \u00e9quivalente du salaire, des titres-repas ou de la pension compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;accord pr\u00e9voit une s\u00e9rie de mesures sur les fins de carri\u00e8re (ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;entreprise, cr\u00e9dit-temps, r\u00e9duction du temps de travail) qui respectent parfaitement les d\u00e9cisions du gouvernement et de l&rsquo;accord interprofessionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Le texte contient une clause de paix sociale, qui exclut des revendications suppl\u00e9mentaires au niveau du secteur ou de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>54.000 entreprises et 418.000 salari\u00e9s!
