









{"id":940,"date":"2015-06-24T14:08:10","date_gmt":"2015-06-24T12:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/wp\/?p=940"},"modified":"2015-06-26T14:26:36","modified_gmt":"2015-06-26T12:26:36","slug":"les-avantages-extra-legaux-renforcent-ils-lecart-salarial-hofe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/les-avantages-extra-legaux-renforcent-ils-lecart-salarial-hofe\/","title":{"rendered":"Les avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux renforcent-ils l&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial h\u00f4\/f\u00ea?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Selon l&rsquo;analyse men\u00e9e par un secr\u00e9tariat social sur base de 114.000 fiches de paie d&#8217;employ\u00e9s, cadres et directeurs du secteur priv\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial entre hommes et femmes atteint 27% lorsque l&rsquo;on ajoute le salaire variable (bonus, primes, commissions&#8230;) et les avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux au salaire mensuel brut (d\u00e9j\u00e0 inf\u00e9rieur de 20% au d\u00e9triment des femmes).<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Quelles sont les principales explications de ce \u00ab\u00a0gouffre\u00a0\u00bb salarial renforc\u00e9 donc par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dits annexes du package de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration?<\/p>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9 transmis par le secr\u00e9tariat social SD Worx \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de cette analyse: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les hommes sont plus nombreux \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 : 74% des voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sont attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 un homme. Moins \u00e9tonnant en revanche, ces voitures vont surtout aux niveaux de fonction les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. 88 % des membres de la direction et des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs masculins disposent d\u2019une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, alors que ce taux est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus bas chez les femmes (81%). On remarque \u00e9galement que l\u2019\u00e9cart s\u2019agrandit \u00e0 mesure que le niveau de fonction diminue. Le cadre moyen masculin re\u00e7oit une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans 77% des cas, alors que ce taux ne d\u00e9passe pas 66% chez ses coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56%) des cadres inf\u00e9rieurs masculins roulent en voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, alors que ce pourcentage tombe \u00e0 34 % chez les cadres inf\u00e9rieurs f\u00e9minins. Chez les employ\u00e9s, enfin, l\u2019\u00e9cart a \u00e0 nouveau tendance \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire : 27 % des hommes disposent d\u2019une voiture soci\u00e9t\u00e9, contre 7 % des femmes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le niveau hi\u00e9rarchique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral &#8211; le plafond de verre est toujours bel et bien r\u00e9el ! &#8211; explique en partie cette diff\u00e9rence. Mais il existe d&rsquo;autres grilles de lecture \u00e9galement. Ainsi, le secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s jouerait un r\u00f4le non n\u00e9gligeable&#8230; <em>\u00ab\u00a0Certains secteurs paient moins bien, et ce sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces secteurs qui emploient surtout des femmes, comme les magasins de pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter. L\u2019\u00e9cart dans le secteur du commerce, par exemple, s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 25 % pour le salaire brut. Si nous observons le paquet salarial complet, il atteint 34 %. C\u2019est dans le secteur des services que l\u2019\u00e9cart est le plus r\u00e9duit : 13 % pour le salaire brut, 20 % pour le paquet salarial complet. Dans des secteurs typiquement f\u00e9minins comme les soins de sant\u00e9, le commerce de d\u00e9tail et l\u2019enseignement, le salaire mensuel brut des femmes est inf\u00e9rieur de 19 % \u00e0 celui des hommes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le crit\u00e8re du temps partiel, syst\u00e9matiquement d\u00e9favorable \u00e0 la populatio f\u00e9minine, a quant \u00e0 lui \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 de cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s donc, la \u00ab\u00a0valorisation\u00a0\u00bb intrins\u00e8que des collaboratrices f\u00e9minines restent donc une pierre d&rsquo;achoppement en vue d&rsquo;atteindre la pleine \u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9carts de salaire restent partiellement attribuables \u00e0 la valorisation des travailleurs. Pour certains aspects, les femmes continuent \u00e0 souffrir d\u2019une valorisation p\u00e9cuniaire inf\u00e9rieure pour un effort identique ou une caract\u00e9ristique \u00e9quivalente sur le march\u00e9 du travail, comme le dipl\u00f4me, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 ou l\u2019\u00e2ge. Pour un m\u00eame niveau de fonction, les femmes sont toujours moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es que les hommes. On remarque cependant que cet \u00e9cart de salaire diminue \u00e0 mesure que le niveau de fonction augmente : le salaire mensuel brut des femmes dans les fonctions de direction est en moyenne inf\u00e9rieur de 11,51 % \u00e0 celui de leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins.
