La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e fin avril, 149 organisations y ont particip\u00e9. Trois sujets centraux pour ce nouveau &lsquo;sondage&rsquo; : l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une restructuration, l&rsquo;approche en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et la gestion des collaborations avec les freelancers&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sous l\u2019effet du coronavirus, 1 entreprise sur 5 se voit dans l\u2019obligation de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des restructurations. Certaines organisations programment cette restructuration dans un avenir proche, en mai ou en juin, mais un nombre quasi \u00e9quivalent d\u2019entreprises interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clare qu\u2019elle n\u2019aura lieu qu\u2019en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 partir du mois de septembre. La plupart des entreprises l\u2019envisagent comme une \u00e9volution qui s\u2019\u00e9chelonnera sur plusieurs mois. Il n\u2019est pas vraiment question de \u2018big bang\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Les restructurations concerneront en moyenne 11 % du personnel. Quelques soci\u00e9t\u00e9s avancent m\u00eame le chiffre de plus de 30 %, mais il s\u2019agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019organisations de plus petite taille (&lt; 50 travailleurs). Les effets du d\u00e9graissage seront identiques pour les employ\u00e9s et pour les cadres. Au cours de ce processus, 53 % des organisations interrog\u00e9es feront intervenir les syndicats. En parall\u00e8le, 80 % d\u00e9clarent aussi qu\u2019elles proposeront un trajet d\u2019outplacement, y compris pour les fonctions qui n\u2019entrent pas obligatoirement en consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Budget recrutement revu&#8230;.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La crise du coronavirus laissera \u00e9galement des traces sur le recrutement. 21% des entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 annul\u00e9 ou suspendu temporairement toutes leurs offres d\u2019emploi. Pour 17 % d\u2019entre elles encore, le budget de recrutement a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit (de plus de 20 %).<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises dont le budget de recrutement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit restent n\u00e9anmoins aussi dans l\u2019expectative en se concentrant uniquement sur les remplacements indispensables ou en suspendant des proc\u00e9dures. 17% proposeront de nouveaux contrats mais ne les signeront qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la crise.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises redoutent aussi des r\u00e9percussions majeures sur la \u2018war for talent\u2019. Elles pensent notamment que la demande de fonctions IT et engineering s\u2019intensifiera et que celle des fonctions de support conna\u00eetra le plus grand recul.<\/p>\n<p>Les candidatures spontan\u00e9es livrent \u00e9galement des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9tonnants. 57% ne ressentent aucun effet sur les candidatures spontan\u00e9es, alors que 14% des entreprises d\u00e9clarent au contraire recevoir davantage de candidature spontan\u00e9es. Et ce principalement dans le secteur informatique. Pour des secteurs tels que l\u2019industrie, la finance et la pharmacie les effets sur les candidatures spontan\u00e9es sont nuls.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les freelancers lourdement impact\u00e9s.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les freelancers aussi subiront de plein fouet la crise du coronavirus. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la crise du coronavirus, la plupart des entreprises ont rapidement pris des mesures concernant leur collaboration avec eux. Dans 46 % des cas, leur r\u00e9gime de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit de plusieurs jours par semaine. 11% ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre totalement leurs missions et 4 % des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre fin \u00e0 toutes les missions avant leur terme officiel. 31% des entreprises n\u2019ont quant \u00e0 elles entrepris aucune d\u00e9marche concernant les contrats freelance.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi toutes les organisations interrog\u00e9es, 23 % seulement n\u2019ont pas fait appel \u00e0 des freelancers ou \u00e0 un management int\u00e9rimaire pour la crise du coronavirus. Apr\u00e8s la crise, 47 % des entreprises red\u00e9marreront, mais sans freelancers. 22% referont appel \u00e0 cette main d\u2019\u0153uvre flexible, mais dans une moindre mesure.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les d\u00e9partements IT et Production s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que des effectifs flexibles suppl\u00e9mentaires soient n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ch\u00f4mage temporaire<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le nombre d\u2019organisations qui recourent au ch\u00f4mage temporaire se stabilise \u00e0 60 %. Alors que dans le sondage pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, 50 % des organisations d\u00e9claraient avoir encore l\u2019intention d\u2019introduire une demande de ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour les travailleurs occup\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein, ce chiffre est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent retomb\u00e9 \u00e0 42 %.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019on notera que les entreprises interrog\u00e9es sont \u00e0 la recherche de moyens divers de g\u00e9rer la baisse de l\u2019emploi. Ainsi, 13 % des entreprises r\u00e9orientent leurs travailleurs en interne dans un autre domaine professionnel, tandis que 3 % des organisations \u2018pr\u00eatent des travailleurs\u2019 \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans des secteurs critiques. 15% des organisations se lancent dans de nouveaux projets ou formations ou les r\u00e9activent. 33% des organisations font le choix de se recentrer sur leurs activit\u00e9s de base en ces temps difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de leurs t\u00e2ches journali\u00e8res, 80 % des organisations d\u00e9clarent se lancer d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la r\u00e9daction de mesures dans la perspective de la reprise du travail dans les bureaux. Elles se concentrent essentiellement sur l\u2019application de la \u2018distanciation sociale\u2019 et sur la protection des collaborateurs au moyen de masques, de gel d\u00e9sinfectant pour les mains\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Avec le retour des travailleurs, les entreprises, essentiellement celles du secteur industriel, esp\u00e8rent atteindre dans les 6 mois le niveau de travail qui existait avant le d\u00e9clenchement du coronavirus.
