Actuellement, il appara\u00eet que plus de 6 employ\u00e9s sur 10 remarquent un impact positif sur le lieu de travail lorsqu&rsquo;il est possible de parler ouvertement de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion avec le personnel. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sur la diversit\u00e9 que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Hays a men\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;elle publie aujourd&rsquo;hui rel\u00e8ve que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (56 %) ont \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles ne ressentent plus aucune forme de discrimination sur le lieu de travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;expert en recrutement Hays examine r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la diversit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail. Il ressort de sa derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate que plus de 60 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent qu&rsquo;elles constatent un impact positif sur le lieu de travail lorsque on y peut parler ouvertement de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Cet impact concerne principalement le maintien d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe d\u2019employ\u00e9s diversifi\u00e9e et h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Parmi les personnes interrog\u00e9es, 64 % disent \u00e9galement qu\u2019elles peuvent apercevoir un effet positif lorsque leurs responsables suivent une formation sur les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients, afin d\u2019assurer que tout le monde re\u00e7oit les m\u00eames chances.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous constatons que les employ\u00e9s sont plus enclins \u00e0 rester chez le m\u00eame employeur s\u2019il s\u2019engage \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une culture d\u2019entreprise positive. Trois quarts des employ\u00e9s estiment que c\u2019est positif qu&rsquo;une entreprise s&rsquo;efforce de respecter et de promouvoir la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;expression.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, dit Robby Vanuxem, Managing Director de Hays.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tout commence par l\u2019entretien d\u2019embauche<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9laborer une bonne politique de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer par le d\u00e9but.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Le premier contact avec un nouveau salari\u00e9 d\u00e9termine directement sa vision de votre entreprise. Les recherches montrent que, entre-temps, la plupart des employeurs a compris cela. La moiti\u00e9 des candidats interrog\u00e9s indiquent qu&rsquo;ils ne remarquent aucune forme de pr\u00e9judice au cours de leur entretien d\u2019embauche\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises d\u00e9veloppent \u00e9galement leur processus de recrutement afin de juger les qualit\u00e9s d&rsquo;une personne de mani\u00e8re aussi neutre que possible. Parmi les employeurs interrog\u00e9s, 82% indiquent qu&rsquo;ils croient en un processus de recrutement bien fond\u00e9, avec plusieurs tours ou tests pour lutter contre les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, 8 sur 10 indiquent qu&rsquo;ils trouvent important que plusieurs employ\u00e9s soient pr\u00e9sents lors des entretiens afin que tout se d\u00e9roule le plus \u00e9quitablement possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1 personne sur 10 est discrimin\u00e9e en raison de son orientation sexuelle<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s indiquent qu&rsquo;ils ne ressentent plus aucune forme de discrimination. Des 44 % qui affirment qu\u2019ils ressentent encore une discrimination, la majorit\u00e9 d\u00e9clare que la discrimination est fond\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le sexe ou l&rsquo;origine ethnique. 9% estiment que la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sexuelle constitue la base de leur discrimination.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous constatons de moins en moins de discrimination sur la base de l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle de l&#8217;employ\u00e9, ce qui est positif. En revanche, il y a encore des personnes qui ont le sentiment de ne pas \u00eatre les bienvenues \u00e0 certains \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou activit\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019 environ 40 %. Il reste important que les entreprises s&rsquo;expriment ouvertement, par exemple en soutenant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui tournent autour de la diversit\u00e9, tels que la Pride ou la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme.
