Les psychologues ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tir\u00e9 la sonnette d&rsquo;alarme en ce qui concerne le bien-\u00eatre psychosocial de la population. Il ne fait gu\u00e8re de doute que cette crise a \u00e9galement un impact majeur sur la sant\u00e9 mentale. La peur, l&rsquo;incertitude et la frustration sont des r\u00e9actions tr\u00e8s naturelles \u00e0 des circonstances exceptionnelles. De plus, il est difficile de pr\u00e9voir comment chaque individu va r\u00e9agir \u00e0 cette situation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour aider et motiver les collaborateurs, nous devons tenir compte de leurs besoins sous-jacents. La th\u00e9orie de l&rsquo;autod\u00e9termination, issue de la psychologie du travail, peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer utile \u00e0 cet effet. Ce mod\u00e8le d\u00e9finit les trois besoins fondamentaux qui peuvent se trouver sous pression pendant et apr\u00e8s cette crise. En y accordant une attention particuli\u00e8re, nous pouvons motiver les collaborateurs \u00e0 long terme et oeuvrer \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre et celui de notre organisation.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. Autonomie : libert\u00e9 individuelle et capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nEn temps de crise, les d\u00e9cisions sont prises rapidement, au niveau sup\u00e9rieur, par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 ou vu l&rsquo;urgence. Les collaborateurs ont d\u00e8s lors l&rsquo;impression que leur libert\u00e9 est restreinte et qu&rsquo;ils ont moins leur mot \u00e0 dire. Respectez autant que possible leur autonomie et n&rsquo;agissez pas trop en contr\u00f4lant ou impliquez-les dans la recherche de solutions. Si possible, accordez-leur votre confiance et offrez-leur une libert\u00e9, par exemple une flexibilit\u00e9 au niveau du rythme de travail, de l&rsquo;horaire ou des t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Coh\u00e9sion : le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nLe t\u00e9l\u00e9travail peut affaiblir l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et donner aux collaborateurs le sentiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre isol\u00e9s. Les rituels et la visibilit\u00e9 sont importants pour maintenir un sentiment de coh\u00e9sion. Organisez des entretiens et des appels vid\u00e9o hebdomadaires qui favorisent l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, par voie num\u00e9rique aussi. Par exemple, commencez une r\u00e9union vid\u00e9o par une br\u00e8ve conversation informelle ou terminez la semaine en prenant virtuellement un verre tous ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Comp\u00e9tence : \u00eatre bon dans ce que l&rsquo;on fait<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nVos collaborateurs ne peuvent pas ex\u00e9cuter leurs t\u00e2ches habituelles ou travailler de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Peut-\u00eatre doivent-ils m\u00eame accomplir de nouvelles t\u00e2ches pour lesquelles ils n&rsquo;ont aucune exp\u00e9rience. Cette situation peut mettre sous pression leur sentiment de comp\u00e9tence. Demandez explicitement \u00e0 vos collaborateurs ce dont ils ont besoin et \u00e0 quelles t\u00e2ches ils veulent \u00eatre affect\u00e9s. Tenez compte \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard des diff\u00e9rences et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences individuelles. Vous pouvez donner un feed-back, tant que vous accordez une attention suffisante aux points positifs.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important d&rsquo;aborder le soutien de vos collaborateurs de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente.
