Sera-ce encore le cas apr\u00e8s le Covid-19 ? Examinons la situation de la pand\u00e9mie o\u00f9, d\u2019une semaine \u00e0 l\u2019autre, un grand nombre d&rsquo;entreprises se sont retrouv\u00e9es paralys\u00e9es et potentiellement en grand danger \u00e9conomique et financier. Quel serait un comportement normal en cas de &lsquo;grand danger&rsquo;? Se pr\u00e9cipiter pour mettre sa principale richesse\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019abri. Or, c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019inverse qui s\u2019est produit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s vite apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du confinement, des licenciements massifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s dans le monde entier. Et malheureusement, ce n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9.\u00a0Il ne s\u2019agit pas ici de porter un jugement sur les m\u00e9canismes propres \u00e0 notre \u00e9conomie de march\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9montrer simplement que les travailleurs ne sont pas la principale richesse des entreprises. La crise Covid-19 aura au moins eu le m\u00e9rite de nous ouvrir les yeux sur cette \u00ab\u00a0fake news\u00a0\u00bb historique. Pourquoi historique ? Parce que ce n\u2019est pas nouveau. Au cours des 30 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, pr\u00e8s de 90% des entreprises qui ont annonc\u00e9 des licenciements massifs ont vu leur cours de bourse \u2026 augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>Mas alors, quelle est la principale richesse des entreprises? Leurs clients? Leur capital? Leurs produits? Non. La principale richesse de toutes les organisations du monde sans exception, ce sont les comp\u00e9tences (utiles) de leurs collaborateurs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire leur savoir, leur savoir-faire et leur savoir-\u00eatre. La nuance est de taille. Voyez ce qui se passe sur le march\u00e9 du travail pour les infirmiers ou les informaticiens par exemple : pour eux, pas de crise de\u00a0l\u2019emploi car m\u00eame s\u2019ils devaient perdre leur job dans la tourmente du Covid-19, ils n\u2019auront aucun mal \u00e0 en\u00a0retrouver un imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, depuis vingt ans, on observe un probl\u00e8me pr\u00e9occupant concernant les comp\u00e9tences : leur dur\u00e9e de\u00a0vie ne cesse de diminuer. Ainsi par exemple, en 1970, un employ\u00e9 non sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 pouvait esp\u00e9rer \u00ab surfer \u00bb sur ses\u00a0comp\u00e9tences acquises lors de sa formation de base (\u00e9cole, haute \u00e9cole, universit\u00e9) jusqu\u2019 \u2018\u00e0 la pension.<br \/>\nAujourd\u2019hui, la dur\u00e9e de vie d\u2019une comp\u00e9tence est de 3 \u00e0 5 ans maximum. De nombreux travailleurs et employeurs\u00a0n\u2019en ont pas conscience (ou pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent ne pas le savoir). Et le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas tant une question d\u2019\u00e2ge biologique\u00a0mais d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit : nous connaissons tous de jeunes qui sont vieux et des vieux qui sont jeunes !<br \/>\nA la lumi\u00e8re de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, lors de la mise en place des mesures court-terme de relance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie post-Covid-19, il serait normal d\u2019exiger des entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019aides publiques qu\u2019elles fassent le n\u00e9cessaire pour\u00a0devenir \u00e9galement \u00ab\u00a0apprenantes\u00a0\u00bb c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un lieu o\u00f9 leurs collaborateurs apprennent continuellement \u00e0\u00a0apprendre ensemble. Et pour cela, il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes (collaboratives) qui ne sont ni complexes ni\u00a0co\u00fbteuses mais qui doivent faire partie int\u00e9grante de la vision et des plans d\u2019action de nos dirigeants en support\u00a0de la performance de nos organisations et de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019employabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de nos concitoyens.<br \/>\nEn conclusion, si les politiques, les chefs d\u2019entreprises et les partenaires sociaux ne prennent pas cette\u00a0probl\u00e9matique en compte rapidement et de mani\u00e8re visible, nous serons en droit de leur demander des comptes\u00a0l\u2019heure venue car ils se seront tout simplement rendus coupables de non-assistance \u00e0 personnes, \u00e0 soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0\u00a0\u00e9conomie en danger.<br \/>\nEt ce serait un comble qu\u2019ils n\u2019y arrivent pas car sur ce th\u00e8me, tous les acteurs cl\u00e9s de notre \u00e9conomie &#8211; les\u00a0politiques, les entrepreneurs, les travailleurs et leurs repr\u00e9sentants \u2013 tous ont leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats parfaitement align\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, les comp\u00e9tences qui sont la principale richesse des entreprises sont \u00e9galement la principale richesse de\u00a0chaque travailleur. Ceux qui disposent des comp\u00e9tences utiles ne sont jamais une source de soucis. Ils sont en\u00a0revanche toujours une source d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s.
