Le m\u00eame nombre de r\u00e9pondants craint des probl\u00e8mes financiers et mentaux sur le long terme. 22% des personnes interrog\u00e9es envisagent m\u00eame de quitter leur emploi suite au manque de mesures d&rsquo;adaptation de l&rsquo;entreprise aux nouvelles r\u00e8gles de distanciation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la crise li\u00e9e au COVID-19, nous remarquons un pourcentage important (22 %) de personnes qui envisagent de quitter leur emploi en raison de la mani\u00e8re dont a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9e la pand\u00e9mie par leur employeur au cours de ces derniers mois.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que plus d\u2019un tiers (34 %) se r\u00e9jouit \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de retourner sur leur lieu du travail, 39 % n\u2019y sont pas encore pr\u00eats. Pour 27% des r\u00e9pondants, la question n\u2019\u00e9tait pas d\u2019application, principalement en raison de la poursuite du travail \u00e0 domicile.<br \/>\nLorsqu\u2019on leur demande pourquoi ils souhaitent revenir, l\u2019interaction humaine (48 %) est le principal facteur de motivation, suivie par le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (33 %) ou encore la dynamique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e sur le lieu de travail (28 %).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail s\u00e9duit et rassure ceux qui sont inquiets pour leur sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas retourner sur leur lieu de travail, le travail \u00e0 domicile est le compromis parfait entre travail et sant\u00e9. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (53 %), appr\u00e9cie le travail \u00e0 distance et aimerait continuer \u00e0 travailler de cette mani\u00e8re dans le futur. 43 % craignent d\u2019\u00eatre contamin\u00e9s s\u2019ils retournent sur leur lieu de travail, tandis que 26 % pensent que leur employeur ne sera pas en mesure de garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Trois p\u00e9riodes envisageables pour retourner travailler<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour la plupart des salari\u00e9s, il y a actuellement trois p\u00e9riodes qu\u2019ils estiment pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables pour leur retour au travail :<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u2013 en juin (57 %)<br \/>\n&#8211; En septembre (19%)<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine (11%)<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (91%) estime que leur employeur est responsable de leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail. Ainsi, les salari\u00e9s aimeraient que leurs entreprises prennent certaines mesures telles que :<br \/>\n&#8211; La distanciation sociale (56 %)<br \/>\n&#8211; Des horaires flexibles (53%)<br \/>\n&#8211; Le d\u00e9pistage des anticorps pour COVID-19 (50%)<br \/>\n&#8211; Le travail \u00e0 distance pour tous quand c\u2019est possible (48%)<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, lorsque l\u2019on demande les mesures prisent par leurs employeurs, 35 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que leur responsable ne prendra aucune mesure suppl\u00e9mentaire pour le retour au travail \u2013 en outre, 45 % d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent ne pas savoir ce que leur employeur va mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un pourcentage stup\u00e9fiant de personnes qui envisagent de quitter leur emploi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, l\u2019absence de mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou de communication a tendance \u00e0 avoir un effet n\u00e9gatif sur la perception de l\u2019entreprise par les employ\u00e9s. Malgr\u00e9 la crise, 22 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es envisagent de quitter leur emploi d\u00e8s maintenant. Pour cause: la mani\u00e8re dont leur employeur a g\u00e9r\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>StepStone a \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets \u00e0 long terme de la crise du Coronavirus sur le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s.\u00a037 % d\u2019entre eux reconnaissent ou pensent qu\u2019ils conna\u00eetront des probl\u00e8mes financiers.\u00a028 % ont des probl\u00e8mes mentaux.\u00a028% rencontrent des probl\u00e8mes physiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des changements professionnels \u00e0 long terme ?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec ces effets n\u00e9gatifs, la question importante est de savoir quand on pourrait revenir \u00e0 la situation d\u2019avant la crise. 76 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es s\u2019attendent \u00e0 un r\u00e9el changement sur le long terme dans leur vie professionnelle. Cependant, cela ne devrait pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre une mauvaise chose, selon eux :<br \/>\n&#8211; 71 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que leur employeur est d\u00e9sormais plus ouvert au travail \u00e0 domicile et aux conditions de travail flexibles.<br \/>\n&#8211; 61% d\u00e9clarent que chaque employ\u00e9 devrait se donner \u00e0 110% dans le but de surmonter cette crise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source &amp; m\u00e9thodologie: StepStone a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate le jeudi 14 mai 2020.
