Quelles sont donc exactement les pr\u00e9visions de recrutement en Belgique et comment s\u2019y prendre pour remettre en route vos recrutements de mani\u00e8re efficace ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 700 entreprises belges, nous leur avons demand\u00e9 o\u00f9 elles en \u00e9taient apr\u00e8s deux mois de confinement. Cette enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019\u00e0 cause du COVID-19, le chiffre d\u2019affaires des entreprises a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 en moyenne. Pourtant, plus d\u2019un quart des managers belges se montre optimiste et s\u2019attend \u00e0 un retour \u00e0 la normale d\u2019ici trois \u00e0 six mois.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Retour au travail apr\u00e8s le confinement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>66 % des entreprises participantes disposent d\u2019un plan pour reprendre leur activit\u00e9. Pour beaucoup d\u2019entre elles, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail constitue une des cl\u00e9s pour trouver ensemble une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de travailler. Il va aussi falloir inventer une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9quipes, avec plus de flexibilit\u00e9, plus d\u2019\u00e9coute et davantage d\u2019empathie. Question recrutement, certaines entreprises n\u2019envisagent pas de r\u00e9embaucher dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, tandis que 21 % d\u2019entre elles reprennent les recrutements d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui. Par ailleurs, 20 % pr\u00e9voient de recommencer \u00e0 embaucher dans une p\u00e9riode de 3 \u00e0 6 mois.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quand reprendre son recrutement ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises ont suspendu leurs recrutements pendant le confinement et se demandent aujourd\u2019hui quel serait le moment propice pour reprendre leur qu\u00eate de nouveaux talents. Bien entendu, celui-ci peut varier d\u2019un secteur et d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Dans tous les cas, pour choisir le bon moment de reprendre votre recrutement, il faut tenir compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Il faudra 3 \u00e0 6 mois avant que votre entreprise ne refonctionne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e moyenne d\u2019un recrutement est de plusieurs mois, un mois pour les profils les plus nombreux, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 7 mois pour les profils les plus rares. Il est donc important d\u2019anticiper.\u00a0On estime \u00e0 100 000 le nombre de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qui entreront sur le march\u00e9 du travail d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 est un moment-cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9flexion et de remise en question, et d\u2019autant plus en cette sortie de crise.
