Au cours des 3 \u00e0 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es, 63 % des r\u00e9pondants s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 encore convenir dans leur fonction actuelle, tandis que plus de 66 % sont convaincus qu&rsquo;ils continueront \u00e0 fournir des prestations d&rsquo;un niveau tout aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il appara\u00eet que les employeurs s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent peu \u00e0 l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, la prise de conscience des travailleurs vis-\u00e0-vis de la probl\u00e9matique de l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 est acquise. En effet, <em>\u00ab\u00a0les Belges estiment qu&rsquo;ils sont des travailleurs souples et hybrides, bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour faire face aux \u00e9volutions technologiques rapides : deux tiers des participants r\u00e9pondent qu&rsquo;ils ne s&rsquo;attendent pas \u00e0 rencontrer de probl\u00e8mes ces prochaines ann\u00e9es pour continuer \u00e0 suivre les nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements sur le terrain. De plus, la majorit\u00e9 (66,6 %) des travailleurs sont convaincus de pouvoir s&rsquo;atteler \u00e0 plusieurs t\u00e2ches, ce qui souligne leur flexibilit\u00e9. Ce qui est remarquable, c&rsquo;est que les plus de 50 ans estiment leur employabilit\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les jeunes : ainsi, 61 % des plus de 50 ans sont convaincus de pouvoir continuer \u00e0 fournir des prestations tout aussi bonnes ces prochaines ann\u00e9es, bien qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit plus difficile sur le plan physique de continuer \u00e0 exercer la m\u00eame fonction.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les pourcentages obtenus sont naturellement moins optimistes lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de faire face \u00e0 une situation de rupture dans la poursuite de sa carri\u00e8re: <em>\u00ab\u00a0De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les travailleurs pensent pouvoir trouver rapidement une autre fonction s&rsquo;ils perdent leur emploi actuel. Parmi les travailleurs faisant partie de la tranche d&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 40 \u00e0 50 ans, 45 % partagent cet avis. Les plus de 50 ans envisagent cependant la situation tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9remment : 27 % seulement pensent pouvoir trouver rapidement un autre emploi et pas moins de 45 % pensent que leur chance d&rsquo;y r\u00e9ussir est m\u00eame plut\u00f4t faible.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> L&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. \u00c0 partir de 10 ans d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un employeur, la perception du travailleur concernant ses chances de trouver un emploi sur le march\u00e9 du travail en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral diminue de mani\u00e8re significative (de 48,23 % pour les travailleurs comptant 5 \u00e0 10 ans de service \u00e0 39 % pour les travailleurs comptant 10 \u00e0 15 ans de service).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> On constate \u00e9galement une diff\u00e9rence significative entre la Flandre et le reste du pays. Les Flamands s&rsquo;attribuent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 % de chances en plus de trouver rapidement un autre emploi s&rsquo;ils commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 chercher que les Wallons et les Bruxellois (respectivement 45,7, 36,5 et 36 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate permet de d\u00e9tecter une attitude proactive en la mati\u00e8re. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les Belges s&rsquo;engagent en vue d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre leur expertise et leur employabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de diff\u00e9rentes initiatives. Ainsi, un pourcentage surprenant de 69,2 % des participants ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 faire de l&rsquo;autoapprentissage, en d\u00e9pit de la conviction qu&rsquo;une promotion au sein de la m\u00eame entreprise ne constitue pas une garantie. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs doutent de la possibilit\u00e9 de changer un jour de fonction ou de grimper les \u00e9chelons aupr\u00e8s de leur employeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Du pain sur la planche pour les employeurs<\/h2>\n<p>Le diagnostic d&rsquo;importance de la probl\u00e9matique n&rsquo;est apparemment pas partag\u00e9 par les employeurs. Les travailleurs expriment un d\u00e9ficit d&rsquo;investissement : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Seulement 29 % des participants r\u00e9pondent que leur employeur fait le n\u00e9cessaire pour am\u00e9liorer leur employabilit\u00e9. Toujours selon les travailleurs, seulement 29 % des employeurs prennent les initiatives n\u00e9cessaires afin de favoriser l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s (ce qui est frappant dans ce cadre, c&rsquo;est que les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s (50+) attribuent un score encore moins bon \u00e0 leur employeur sur ce point. Selon ces travailleurs, seulement 20 % des employeurs prennent les mesures n\u00e9cessaires sur ce plan.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que les employeurs actuels n&rsquo;utilisent pas de mani\u00e8re optimale les mesures qui peuvent y contribuer. L&rsquo;annonce interne de postes vacants ne se fait que dans la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es (54 %), et l&rsquo;offre de formations et le travail flexible ne sont utilis\u00e9s que par un peu plus d&rsquo;un tiers (respectivement 35 % et 33 %). Pour pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (40 %), les attentes du travailleur n&rsquo;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es, tandis que 33 % n&rsquo;ont encore jamais eu d&rsquo;entretien pour discuter des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re. L&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s ne constitue pas non plus une priorit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Une vraie divergence, un challenge pour l&rsquo;avenir<\/h2>\n<p>La question de la r\u00e9tention et de la motivation devrait s&rsquo;imposer prochainement. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate rel\u00e8ve encore que <em>\u00ab\u00a0bien que les travailleurs soient positifs \u00e0 propos de leurs capacit\u00e9s, 41 % d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils rel\u00e8veront un nouveau d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;ici 3 \u00e0 5 ans et 34 % d\u00e9clarent que, d&rsquo;ici l\u00e0, ils auront d\u00e9pass\u00e9 leur fonction. Par ailleurs, presque 39 % d\u00e9clarent que, dans 5 ans, ils seront encore motiv\u00e9s pour exercer leur fonction, tandis que seulement 30 % pensent que, d&rsquo;ici 3 \u00e0 5 ans, ils ne seront plus aussi motiv\u00e9s qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui pour exercer leur fonction. 35 % des jeunes croient qu&rsquo;ils seront moins motiv\u00e9s d&rsquo;ici 3 \u00e0 5 ans, contre 31 % des plus de 50 ans.
