Cette fusion, qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au cours du dernier trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e, est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme l\u2019union des comp\u00e9tences de deux organisations et la constitution d’une offre alternative aux clients et partenaires des deux entit\u00e9s.
\n\u00ab\u00a0Le groupement ‘Willis Towers Watson’ visera \u00e0 servir, de mani\u00e8re plus large encore, les clients de par le monde, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une offre de services plus \u00e9tendue, une analyse approfondie, des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et des solutions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des domaines divers : Employee Benefits, interm\u00e9diation et consultance, gestion des talents et des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, solutions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019acquisition et d\u2019\u00e9change des connaissances ainsi que gestion des risques et du capital, et ce dans tous les segments du march\u00e9 et des r\u00e9gions g\u00e9ographiques.
