Les bureaux \u00e0 domicile, les visioconf\u00e9rences et l\u2019attention accrue port\u00e9e \u00e0 la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 semblent s\u2019inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors que l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge revient progressivement \u00e0 la situation d\u2019avant le confinement, il semble clair que les entreprises modifient leurs politiques en mati\u00e8re de RH, de TIC, de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de fonctionnement en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, par exemple, perdurera tr\u00e8s probablement apr\u00e8s le confinement. Pr\u00e8s de 8 entreprises sur 10 (79%) sond\u00e9es dans le cadre de l\u2019enqu\u00eate indiquent que leur personnel continuera \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 domicile plus souvent. 83% des r\u00e9pondants sont convaincus que les horaires de travail deviendront plus flexibles.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Plus de webinaires, moins de voyages d\u2019affaires<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence logique du fait que davantage d\u2019organisations permettront et encourageront leur personnel \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 domicile, 89% \u00a0des entreprises sond\u00e9es pr\u00e9voient d\u2019utiliser plus fr\u00e9quemment les logiciels de r\u00e9unions en ligne. 7 entreprises sur 10 estiment \u00e9galement qu\u2019il sera n\u00e9cessaire de mettre davantage d\u2019appareils mobiles, d\u2019ordinateurs portables et de smartphones \u00e0 la disposition de leurs collaborateurs. Les webinaires pour les parties externes seront \u00e9galement plus fr\u00e9quents, selon 70 % des entreprises. En raison du succ\u00e8s des visioconf\u00e9rences, 72% estiment \u00e9galement que les voyages d\u2019affaires seront moins fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un impact positif sur la congestion du trafic\u2009?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bien que les nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail offrent certains avantages, elles pr\u00e9sentent aussi de nouveaux risques. Il est plus que jamais n\u00e9cessaire de disposer de r\u00e9seaux solides. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, 2 entreprises sur 3 admettent qu\u2019elles devront d\u00e9velopper davantage leur connexion VPN. 76% estiment qu\u2019elles devront prot\u00e9ger encore plus leurs appareils mobiles contre les logiciels malveillants et 77% sont conscientes qu\u2019elles devront sensibiliser leurs travailleurs aux enjeux de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. La situation pourrait aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux entreprises ayant une boutique en ligne. 52% des 64% d\u2019entreprises qui proposent un webshop d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019elles continueront \u00e0 y investir apr\u00e8s le confinement. Dans l\u2019ensemble, on peut affirmer sans risque de se tromper que la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises belges poursuivront les \u2018exp\u00e9riences\u2019 qu\u2019elles ont d\u00fb mener durant la crise du Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Werner De Laet, Chief B2B, Wholesale and Innovation Officer d\u2019Orange Belgium :<em> \u00ab\u00a0La plupart des entreprises belges ont rapidement d\u00fb revoir leur mani\u00e8re de travailler pour g\u00e9rer la crise. Des m\u00e9thodes et des dispositifs qui laissaient sceptiques autrefois se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s efficaces et utiles. Ces nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail ont clairement fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir beaucoup d\u2019entreprises.
