Aux entreprises qui maintiennent le travail \u00e0 domicile structurel pendant la relance, le groupe de services rh conseille de mettre en place une politique de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurelle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Celle-ci ne devra pas uniquement porter sur une indemnit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, mais \u00e9galement sur les heures auxquelles les travailleurs doivent \u00eatre joignables, sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e-vie professionnelle et sur le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Nathalie Florent, Consultant Legal &amp; Reward chez Acerta, indique : <em>\u00ab\u2009Nos chiffres r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que les entreprises n\u2019ont pas encore mis de politique structurelle en \u0153uvre en mati\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Et c\u2019est logique. Durant le confinement, bon nombre d\u2019entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraintes de conclure des accords temporaires sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Toutefois, maintenant que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est pass\u00e9 d\u2019occasionnel \u00e0 structurel en peu de temps, nous conseillons aux entreprises de conclure des accords clairs et d\u00e9finitifs avec leurs travailleurs. Des accords clairs posent les bases d\u2019une bonne organisation du travail \u00e0 domicile pour les deux parties. Ceux-ci devront notamment porter sur les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9fraiement, l\u2019installation et l\u2019entretien d\u2019un bureau, d\u2019un ordinateur et d\u2019une chaise de bureau \u00e0 domicile et sur les heures auxquelles les travailleurs doivent \u00eatre joignables. Sans oublier l\u2019intervention de l\u2019assurance en cas d\u2019accident de travail. Beaucoup de travailleurs ignorent encore ce que leur employeur souhaite ou propose.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, Acerta constate que la crise du coronavirus a incit\u00e9 de nombreuses entreprises \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer la d\u00e9finition du lieu de travail id\u00e9al pour leurs travailleurs.
