Apr\u00e8s avoir chut\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9 en avril, les intentions de recrutement des PME repartent \u00e0 la hausse. Une PME sur cinq veut \u00e0 nouveau recruter avant fin septembre. N\u00e9anmoins, les intentions de licenciement des PME restent deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es qu\u2019en mars. Et la proportion d\u2019entreprises qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019emploi d\u2019ici fin d\u00e9cembre n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e en 10 ans.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les nouvelles perspectives qui ressortent de la 41e enqu\u00eate sur l\u2019emploi men\u00e9e pour le compte du prestataire de services RH SD Worx aupr\u00e8s de 1 011 chefs d\u2019entreprise et responsables du personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis, Directeur R\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx, analyse les chiffres : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Apr\u00e8s avoir touch\u00e9 le fond en avril, nous observons une hausse consid\u00e9rable des intentions de recrutement en juin : une PME sur cinq veut se remettre \u00e0 recruter, soit deux fois plus qu\u2019en avril (11%). Mais nous n\u2019avons pas encore retrouv\u00e9 le niveau pr\u00e9-crise de mars (34 ). Le paysage du recrutement est actuellement marqu\u00e9 par une r\u00e9duction du taux d\u2019expansion et du taux de recrutement \u00e0 des postes fixes et par une hausse du taux de remplacement et du taux d\u2019emploi \u00e0 temps partiel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La tendance est la m\u00eame pour la Wallonie, la Flandre et les provinces. Seules les PME bruxelloises sont manifestement plus optimistes.\u00a0Les plus grandes PME pr\u00e9voient de recruter davantage dans le trimestre \u00e0 venir : pas moins de 65% des PME comptant de 50 \u00e0 249 travailleurs affichent des intentions positives, contre 12% des PME qui emploient moins de 5 travailleurs et 28% des PME qui emploient de 5 \u00e0 19 travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Premiers signes de reprise au niveau du volume de travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En ce qui concerne le volume de travail, nous observons aussi les premiers signes de reprise par rapport au mois d\u2019avril. Mais l\u00e0 encore, nous sommes loin de retrouver le niveau du mois de mars. Un quart des PME (24 %) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une augmentation, contre 20% en avril et 34% en mars\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> constate Vassilios Skarlidis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une PME sur six s\u2019attend \u00e0 devoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des licenciements avant fin septembre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les intentions de licenciement en sont \u00e0 16% en moyenne, soit un taux deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019en mars (augmentation de 8,5% \u00e0 16%), mais identique \u00e0 celui du mois d\u2019avril. Les petites PME (avec moins de 5 travailleurs) manifestent beaucoup moins souvent l\u2019intention de licencier du personnel dans le trimestre \u00e0 venir que les plus grandes PME avec 20 \u00e0 47 travailleurs (\u00e0 13% et 32%). Enfin, les PME qui envisagent des licenciements sont \u00e9galement moins enclines \u00e0 envisager de remplacer les travailleurs licenci\u00e9s (\u00e0 19% contre 54% en mars).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus de pessimisme par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019emploi d\u2019ici fin d\u00e9cembre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me des PME (18%) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de leur emploi d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, soit plus du double qu\u2019en mars (8%). Ce pourcentage n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9but des mesures il y a 10 ans. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, la proportion de PME qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une hausse de leur emploi a presque diminu\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9, de 32% en mars \u00e0 18 % en juin. Cette tendance est \u00e0 la hausse en Wallonie et en Flandre ; seule Bruxelles est plus optimiste par rapport \u00e0 fin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Il est clair qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019emploi aussi, la crise du coronavirus fait payer un lourd tribut aux entreprises. Bien que la moiti\u00e9 de nos PME s\u2019attendent \u00e0 un impact nul, plus de quatre PME sur dix (42%) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 un impact n\u00e9gatif, tandis que seules 7% d\u2019entre elles s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que le coronavirus ait un impact positif sur les intentions d\u2019emploi. Le pourcentage des PME qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 un impact tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en juin (21%) qu\u2019en mars (8%) et ce pessimisme culmine aupr\u00e8s des grandes PME. En outre, quatre PME sur dix (39%) indiquent que le climat politique actuel influence leurs intentions d\u2019emploi (contre 28,1% en mars 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis de SD Worx conclut : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que le pessimisme vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019emploi par rapport \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e ait augment\u00e9, il y a des points positifs. Par exemple, les intentions de recrutement d\u2019ici fin septembre repartent \u00e0 la hausse \u2013 en particulier \u00e0 Bruxelles et parmi les PME qui comptent plus de 50 travailleurs \u2013 et les intentions de licenciement n\u2019ont plus augment\u00e9. Par ailleurs, la proportion d\u2019entreprises soumises \u00e0 la fermeture obligatoire a recul\u00e9 (\u00e0 6% contre 31% en avril) ; et seules un cinqui\u00e8me des PME (19%) d\u00e9clarent avoir toujours massivement recours au travail \u00e0 domicile (contre 29% en avril).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : pour ses pr\u00e9visions d\u2019emploi trimestrielles, SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 pour la 41e fois un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME belges sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. A cette enqu\u00eate 1 011 entreprises comptant de 1 \u00e0 250 travailleurs ont pris part. Pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage, la marge d\u2019erreur est de 3,1 % (intervalle de confiance de 95 %).
