









{"id":9823,"date":"2020-07-01T08:02:28","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T06:02:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=9823"},"modified":"2020-07-01T08:02:28","modified_gmt":"2020-07-01T06:02:28","slug":"nouvelle-normalite-nouvelles-attentes-nouvelles-carrieres-pres-de-70-employes-se-disent-cours-de-reflexion-quant-a-futur-post-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/nouvelle-normalite-nouvelles-attentes-nouvelles-carrieres-pres-de-70-employes-se-disent-cours-de-reflexion-quant-a-futur-post-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle normalit\u00e9, nouvelles attentes, nouvelles carri\u00e8res&#8230; pr\u00e8s de 70% des employ\u00e9s se disent en cours de r\u00e9flexion quant \u00e0 leur futur post-covid 19."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le bureau de recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 Robert Half indique qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la crise du Coronavirus, de nombreux employ\u00e9s r\u00e9\u00e9valuent leurs priorit\u00e9s en termes de carri\u00e8re et de futures conditions de travail.\u00a031 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont en train de r\u00e9\u00e9valuer leur \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle\/vie priv\u00e9e.\u00a022 % recherchent activement un nouvel emploi.\u00a0Il ne reste donc qu\u2019une minorit\u00e9 de sond\u00e9s (30 %) se d\u00e9clarant satisfaits de leur emploi actuel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>66 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 long terme ne sont pas menac\u00e9s par la crise li\u00e9e au COVID-19, bien que 53% se disent inqui\u00e8tes de perdre leur emploi actuel \u00e0 court terme \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail fonctionne vraiment : la majorit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s travaillent r\u00e9cemment depuis chez eux en raison des mesures de distanciation sociale (65%), ils se rendent compte qu\u2019il est r\u00e9alisable de travailler \u00e0 domicile (54%) et que cela leur apporte un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (57%) .<\/p>\n<p>De plus, 80% aimeraient continuer le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la pand\u00e9mie parce qu\u2019ils peuvent \u00e9conomiser du temps et de l\u2019argent en \u00e9vitant les trajets quotidiens (57%) et qu\u2019ils se sentent plus productifs (49%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019expression \u201cp\u00e9riode sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u201d a \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup utilis\u00e9e ces derniers mois pour d\u00e9crire la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> commente Iris Houtaar, Associate Director chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cependant, les implications de cette \u201cp\u00e9riode sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u201d pour les chefs d\u2019entreprise comme pour les employ\u00e9s se ressentent non seulement actuellement, mais vont probablement influencer les m\u00e9thodes de travail et le planning de recrutement \u00e0 beaucoup plus long terme \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 le fort ressenti exprim\u00e9 ici par les employ\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De nouveaux comportements au travail?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Europ\u00e9enne et des Emirats Arabes Unis, refl\u00e8tent ceux de ses r\u00e9cents sondages aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Br\u00e9sil, o\u00f9 57% des employ\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains et 55% des br\u00e9siliens affirment que la pand\u00e9mie est en train de leur faire changer de point de vue sur leur travail.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que 62% des sond\u00e9s affirment ne pas avoir peur de travailler \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate de leurs coll\u00e8gues, les employ\u00e9s r\u00e9\u00e9valuent leur comportement post-COVID-19. \u00c0 l\u2019avenir, 67% des personnes interrog\u00e9es par Robert Half \u00e9viteront les poign\u00e9es de main et un nombre encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 -74%- planifiera moins de r\u00e9unions en pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s font preuve de beaucoup d\u2019empathie. 75% des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019elles seront mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 soutenir ou \u00e0 remplacer les collaborateurs qui ne peuvent pas se rendre au bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s attendent de leurs employeurs qu\u2019ils prennent des mesures pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins et des comportements. Une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 (90%) souhaite non seulement obtenir plus souvent la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 domicile post-COVID-19, tout en exigeant de meilleurs protocoles de nettoyage des bureaux (76%), des horaires am\u00e9nag\u00e9s (70%) ainsi qu\u2019une nouvelle configuration de l\u2019environnement de travail (59%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que personne ne sache exactement ce que l\u2019avenir post-pand\u00e9mie nous r\u00e9serve, il faut voir le bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 des choses : nous d\u00e9couvrons tous de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler et de collaborer.
