La r\u00e9ponse semble positive. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e conjointement par l&rsquo;UWE et SD Worx avait pour objectif d\u2019analyser l\u2019impact du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur les entreprises durant la crise et de comparer leurs points de vue par rapport au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail &lsquo;avant&rsquo; et &lsquo;apr\u00e8s&rsquo; la crise. Bien que se basant sur un \u00e9chantillon assez r\u00e9duit, elle conclut que 90% des employeurs wallons devraient proposer du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail apr\u00e8s la crise alors qu\u2019avant la crise, seuls 50% des employeurs le proposaient \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Beno\u00eet van Grieken, consultant chez SD Worx:<em> \u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail forc\u00e9, nous constatons qu\u2019 il y aura, apr\u00e8s la crise, une augmentation forte des possibilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail aupr\u00e8s des entreprises wallonnes. 90% des employeurs comptent en effet continuer \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs la possibilit\u00e9 de faire du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. C\u2019est une augmentation significative car ils n\u2019\u00e9taient que 50% avant la crise. Cela repr\u00e9senterait 43% des travailleurs en Wallonie qui devraient continuer \u00e0 travailler depuis leur domicile. Les chiffres sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les PME de moins de 50 travailleurs : 62% des collaborateurs feraient du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour Olivier de Wasseige, Administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l\u2019Union Wallonne des Entreprises : <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est une \u00e9volution majeure, rarement vue auparavant. L\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre que non seulement les collaborateurs sont demandeurs, mais aussi que d\u2019un point de vue manag\u00e9rial, les employeurs en voient les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Selon 92% des entreprises wallonnes interrog\u00e9es, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail se d\u00e9roule aussi bien, voire mieux que pr\u00e9vu.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur base structurelle devrait \u00e9galement augmenter : il concernerait pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers du personnel<\/p>\n<p>Un Wallon sur trois pourrait travailler de mani\u00e8re structurelle en dehors du bureau apr\u00e8s la crise. Beno\u00eet van Grieken de SD Worx pr\u00e9cise : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel demande en effet l\u2019adoption d\u2019une politique formelle et \u00e9crite, avec entre autres une indication claire sur la fr\u00e9quence du recours au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. On constate que, bien que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 pratiqu\u00e9 parmi les r\u00e9pondants, une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux n\u2019a pas encore de politique formelle et \u00e9crite en mati\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et qu\u2019il existe de grandes disparit\u00e9s en fonction de la taille des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les Wallons qui s\u2019adonneraient au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel, le feraient entre 1 et 2 jours par semaine. La d\u00e9cision de recourir au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel r\u00e9siderait principalement dans la nature du travail effectu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Points d\u2019attention et crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olivier de Wasseige, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l\u2019UWE: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Au niveau des points d\u2019attention, l\u2019enqu\u00eate a mis en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mettre en place une infrastructure IT adapt\u00e9e, de pr\u00e9parer les collaborateurs et les dirigeants \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution dans l\u2019organisation du travail avec un management reposant sur des objectifs et \u00e0 cultiver la confiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la culture d\u2019entreprise. Une fois ces balises mises en place, le bien-\u00eatre et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle-vie priv\u00e9e des collaborateurs sont les principales raisons pour lesquelles les employeurs mettent en place le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail au sein de leur organisation. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est en effet reconnu comme un facteur de bien-\u00eatre, de motivation et d\u2019autonomie pour 80% des employeurs.
