Allez, vous voyez bien\u2026 Toutes ces images de l\u2019entreprise cool par excellence, o\u00f9 les codes vestimentaires ont disparu, o\u00f9 les horaires n\u2019ont plus d\u2019importance, o\u00f9 le poste de travail peut ressembler \u00e0 une aire de jeu sans que quiconque ne trouve cela inappropri\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ce ne sont pas des clich\u00e9s. Cela correspond aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, il y a bien s\u00fbr l\u2019attrait du \u2018\u2019Nouveau monde du travail\u2019\u2019, ce fameux nwow qui modifie consid\u00e9rablement notre rapport \u00e0 l\u2019organisation. Mais ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019objet de notre dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui nous int\u00e9resse, c\u2019est la dynamique business qui anime les acteurs de la nouvelle \u00e9conomie. Certains parviennent \u00e0 conqu\u00e9rir des march\u00e9s historiques en quelques clics seulement (mais d\u2019autres se plantent lamentablement, ce qui en soi est plut\u00f4t rassurant !).<\/p>\n<p>Ils y parviennent en r\u00e9inventant totalement ce que nous appelons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience consommateur. La relation avec les clients est repens\u00e9e de fond en comble. Vite et bien. Et nous sommes certains que cette d\u00e9marche disruptive ne peut \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre ni couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas dans les coulisses une vision originale et sortant des sentiers battus en mati\u00e8re de People Management.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un environnement de travail \u2018diff\u00e9rent\u2019, il faut cultiver de nouvelles valeurs et dimensions qui correspondent \u00e0 l\u2019air du temps et qui inspirent celles et ceux qui sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 consacrer une \u00e9nergie formidable \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de l\u2019entreprise. Lesquelles ? Des valeurs de partage, de solidarit\u00e9, d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, d\u2019imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 aussi\u2026 qui sont des r\u00e9ponses aux exc\u00e8s des p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Comment ces valeurs modifient-elles le fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise (start-up ou pas, finalement peu importe !) ? Et pouvons-nous aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e9dire qu\u2019elles vont se r\u00e9pandre durablement dans toutes les organisations au point d\u2019imposer de nouvelles normes en RH ?<\/p>\n<p>En effet, nous savons que les cycles \u00e9conomiques sont de plus en plus courts. Raison de plus pour se questionner quant \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e dans le temps des pratiques RH que ces nouveaux acteurs introduisent dans l\u2019entreprise. Il est plus que probable que la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration soit, en ce moment pr\u00e9cis, sur le point de balancer quelques paradgimes plus innovants encore sur le march\u00e9.
