C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une \u00e9tude d\u2019Indeed men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 5.000 demandeurs d\u2019emploi originaires d\u2019Australie, de Belgique, du Canada, d\u2019Allemagne, de France, d\u2019Inde, des Pays-Bas, du Royaume-Uni et des \u00c9tats-Unis. La majorit\u00e9 des travailleurs interrog\u00e9s pense que le march\u00e9 du travail se redressera relativement vite.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de coronavirus de ces derniers mois ait compliqu\u00e9 la recherche d\u2019emploi, peu de demandeurs d\u2019emploi belges sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 revoir leur salaire \u00e0 la baisse pour trouver un nouveau poste. Seuls 17,8% d\u2019entre eux consentiraient ainsi \u00e0 faire cet effort. Le fait que les Belges ne veulent pas entendre parler de r\u00e9duction de salaire est \u00e9galement \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9sir relativement faible de faire des compromis salariaux peut s\u2019expliquer par le fait qu\u2019une grande partie des Belges pensent que le march\u00e9 du travail va se redresser assez vite. Plus d\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que tout revienne \u00e0 la normale d\u2019ici un an. 24,7% pensent que le march\u00e9 du travail se redressera dans les six mois, et 15,1% dans les trois mois.<\/p>\n<p>Les Belges sont toutefois pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire des concessions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exigences sur leur poste. 36 % des demandeurs d\u2019emploi accepteraient une place pour laquelle ils sont surqualifi\u00e9s. Ils n\u2019\u00e9taient que 28% pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>L\u2019avenir des professions essentielles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le respect et l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation des professions essentielles telles que celles de m\u00e9decin et d\u2019infirmi\u00e8re ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment augment\u00e9, \u00e0 tel point qu\u2019elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme capitales par la population et les autorit\u00e9s belges. 36% des sond\u00e9s pensent que cette appr\u00e9ciation va perdurer, et 29% que la perception de ce qui est un travail important va changer \u00e0 jamais.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart des Belges sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 exercer une profession essentielle. Arjan Vissers, responsable de la strat\u00e9gie chez Indeed Benelux, d\u00e9clare :<em>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9veloppements \u00e9conomiques actuels signifient que moins d\u2019emplois sont disponibles, mais cela ne s\u2019applique logiquement pas aux professions vitales. Elles se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es indispensables et d\u2019une grande valeur ajout\u00e9e. Pouvoir apporter quelque chose de concret \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9galement une valeur pour de nombreux demandeurs d\u2019emploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un tiers des sond\u00e9s belges pensent que notre mani\u00e8re de travailler \u2013 comme le nombre d\u2019heures de travail, l\u2019organisation actuelle de la semaine de travail ou la productivit\u00e9 \u2013 va changer \u00e0 jamais. Une opinion partag\u00e9e dans les pays voisins, que ce soit l\u2019Allemagne, la France ou les Pays-Bas. Respectivement 30%, 32% et 33% des gens y pensent que le coronavirus va changer de fa\u00e7on permanente l\u2019organisation du travail.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le retour au bureau, les avis sont partag\u00e9s.
