Comment proc\u00e9der? Simple travail de sensibilisation ou contribution plus &lsquo;concr\u00e8te&rsquo;?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Orange Belgium a obtenu le label CO2 Neutral de CO2logic et Vin\u00e7otte pour ses activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles pour la 6e ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive. Ce label exigeant t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un engagement r\u00e9el et mesurable de la part d\u2019Orange Belgium dans la protection de l\u2019environnement au travers d\u2019efforts consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et \u00e0 la compensation des \u00e9missions in\u00e9vitables. Concr\u00e8tement, chaque appel, chaque SMS, et chaque donn\u00e9e d\u2019internet mobile qui transite par son r\u00e9seau est neutre sur le plan des \u00e9missions de CO2. Pour aller encore plus loin, l&rsquo;entreprise encourage ses collaborateurs \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur empreinte \u00e9cologique (au bureau comme \u00e0 domicile) \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9sultat est le fruit d\u2019une attention toute particuli\u00e8re accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, notamment par la mise en place d\u2019am\u00e9nagements \u00e9cologiques sur le r\u00e9seau et \u00e0 un centre de donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s efficace. Les \u00e9missions incompressibles des activit\u00e9s (pour un total de 2\u2009343 tonnes de CO2 en 2019) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compens\u00e9es par le soutien \u00e0 deux projets de d\u00e9veloppement durable majeurs en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>La certification n\u2019inclut pas la mobilit\u00e9 des travailleurs (voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail) qui repr\u00e9sentait 4\u2009976 tonnes de CO2 en 2019.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un nouvel engagement environnemental \u00e0 horizon 2023<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Orange Belgium s\u2019engage \u00e0 rester neutre en carbone pour ses activit\u00e9s notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de technologies plus efficaces, comme la 5G, mais aussi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019accord de partage de r\u00e9seau d\u2019acc\u00e8s mobile avec Proximus. Celui-ci permettra \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9rateur de continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de son r\u00e9seau, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation du trafic.\u00a0Orange Belgium limitera \u00e9galement l\u2019utilisation du papier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la digitalisation, fera la promotion d\u2019emballages \u00e9coresponsables et continuera \u00e0 investir dans son \u00e9conomie circulaire en recyclant et en reconditionnant le mat\u00e9riel Orange (appareils et modems).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise s\u2019engage par ailleurs \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions de carbone non li\u00e9es \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s (voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail) de 30 % d\u2019ici \u00e0 2023, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plan de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 360 \u00b0. Ce plan inclut notamment un recours plus important au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans tous les d\u00e9partements, le soutien \u00e0 des solutions alternatives \u00e0 la voiture pour se rendre au bureau (v\u00e9lo, transports en commun) et la modification de l\u2019offre de voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour se tourner vers des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9mettant moins de CO2 (y compris les voitures \u00e9lectriques et hybrides).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les collaborateurs rel\u00e8vent des Green Challenges.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, dans la mesure o\u00f9 la protection de l\u2019environnement et la qu\u00eate de durabilit\u00e9 rel\u00e8vent d\u2019efforts communs, Orange Belgium a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mobiliser et de mettre ses propres collaborateurs en avant \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de \u2018Green Challenges\u2019 sur une base volontaire, qui leur permettront de mieux mesurer leur impact sur la plan\u00e8te et de l\u2019ajuster.<\/p>\n<p>Micha\u00ebl Trabbia, CEO d\u2019Orange Belgium : <em>\u201cConform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019objectif du Groupe Orange, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous engager durablement pour la plan\u00e8te en adoptant une approche \u00e0 360\u00b0.
