Plus d\u2019un tiers des employ\u00e9s belges d\u00e9plorent un manque de communication de la part de leur direction. Deux tiers des candidats \u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures de recrutement interrog\u00e9s par Michael Page ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette crise les pousserait probablement \u00e0 accepter, lors de leur prochain emploi, des conditions de travail diff\u00e9rentes de ce qu\u2019ils auraient accept\u00e9 avant l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie du covid-19.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durant les mois de juin et juillet, Michael Page a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un sondage aupr\u00e8s de ses candidats par le biais de son site web afin d\u2019en savoir plus sur le soutien qu\u2019ils ont re\u00e7u de la part de leur entreprise, leur sentiment par rapport \u00e0 leur (non) retour au bureau, ce qu\u2019ils ont fait de leur temps et d\u2019autres aspects li\u00e9s au confinement ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la crise du coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Le sondage confirme que la crise li\u00e9e au coronavirus touche fortement les candidats en Belgique. La majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que la crise du covid-19 ait un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur carri\u00e8re au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ils d\u00e9clarent \u00e9galement revoir leurs attentes \u00e0 la baisse : deux tiers d\u2019entre eux s&rsquo;attendent en effet \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leurs exigences lorsqu&rsquo;ils postuleront \u00e0 un nouvel emploi, car les opportunit\u00e9s sont d\u00e9sormais moins nombreuses sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous sommes clairement dans une logique de l\u2019offre et de la demande. Lorsque le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi se porte bien, les candidats peuvent se permettre d\u2019\u00eatre un peu plus exigeants au sujet de leurs conditions de travail \u00bb<\/em>, explique Gr\u00e9gory Renardy, Executive Director chez Michael Page Belgique. <em>\u00ab Actuellement, la tendance est justement invers\u00e9e. La crise que nous traversons en ce moment fait que les offres d\u2019emploi restent assez faible par rapport au nombre de candidats. Instinctivement, les candidats savent qu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas se montrer trop exigeants s\u2019ils souhaitent changer ou trouver un emploi \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, si la crise fait revoir les attentes des candidats, elle leur a aussi permis de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre leur vie priv\u00e9e et leur vie professionnelle. La moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s affirme qu\u2019ils accorderont d\u00e9sormais plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 leurs priorit\u00e9s personnelles dans leur prochain emploi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Profiter du confinement pour d\u00e9velopper ses comp\u00e9tences<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les candidats belges ne se sont pas montr\u00e9s inactifs et ont justement profit\u00e9 de la p\u00e9riode du confinement pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re et am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences. Un tiers des employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s par Michael Page ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des webinaires et le m\u00eame nombre a suivi une formation pour renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences. Moins d\u2019un tiers a \u00e9galement suivi des cours en vue de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>La crise et les changements qu\u2019elle a entra\u00een\u00e9s ont eu un impact important sur une partie des employ\u00e9s. Un tiers des employ\u00e9s se dit m\u00e9content de la fa\u00e7on dont leur management a communiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 propos de ces changements.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, la majorit\u00e9 des candidats sond\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent que leurs employeurs les ont bien soutenus tout au long de la crise. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 s&rsquo;accorde d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 dire que leur entreprise a fait preuve d\u2019un accompagnement de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employ\u00e9s tombent de haut lors de leur retour au bureau.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, lors de la r\u00e9alisation de ce sondage, les candidats \u00e9taient plut\u00f4t impatients de retourner au bureau : la moiti\u00e9 se r\u00e9jouissait de retourner au bureau et un tiers des r\u00e9pondants affirmaient ne pas craindre le retour au bureau. Cependant, en raison du retour au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 fortement recommand\u00e9 par Sophie Wilm\u00e8s, ces chiffres risquent de s\u2019accentuer. En effet, alors que de plus en plus d\u2019employ\u00e9s commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 retourner au bureau de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, les r\u00e9centes mesures obligent la plupart des employeurs \u00e0 imposer de nouveau le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail comme norme.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces nouvelles mesures pourraient avoir un impact psychologique plus important sur les travailleurs, notamment en ce qui concerne leur motivation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, estime Gr\u00e9gory Renardy. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Beaucoup d\u2019entre eux avaient h\u00e2te de revoir leurs coll\u00e8gues, et certains pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent que les r\u00e9unions se d\u00e9roulent en face-\u00e0-face. Ce retour au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail impos\u00e9 demandera aux employeurs encore plus d\u2019organisation, de compr\u00e9hension mais aussi d\u2019accompagnement envers leurs employ\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La relation avec les coll\u00e8gues jouait en effet un r\u00f4le dans l\u2019impatience des employ\u00e9s de retourner au bureau. La moiti\u00e9 des candidats ont h\u00e2te de pouvoir \u00e0 nouveau c\u00f4toyer leurs coll\u00e8gues et un quart pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019ils aiment passer leur pause de midi avec eux.
