Dat merken we telkens opnieuw tijdens onze gesprekken met directiecomit\u00e9s en HR-verantwoordelijken van social profit organisaties: de cultuur van die sector is zo verschillend dat de organisaties een andere manier van beheren, beslissen, verloning, \u2026 hebben.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>De spelers van de publieke sector (de zorg, de sociale hulpdiensten, de cultuur, de sport, het onderwijs, \u2026) komen dus vaak samen om hun uitdagingen, maar vooral hun oplossingen voor die uitdagingen te bespreken. Zo ontwikkelen ze nieuwe manieren om steeds effici\u00ebnter te worden.<\/p>\n<p>In dat kader van\u00a0uitwisseling van best practices ontwikkelden we de\u00a0Social Profit Day.
