Het lijkt of de hr-processen die een veranderingsproces van oudsher begeleiden niet meer gelden. In HR Tribune januari wordt de change-problematiek belicht vanuit diverse invalshoeken. Hubert De Neve staat aan de vooravond van een nieuw IMEC, diversiteitsmanagement wordt allicht het veranderingsmanagement van de toekomst, infotainer Paul Meert licht tien veranderingscases toe, nummer 1 D\u2019Ieteren licht toe hoe verandering noodzakelijk is om stabiel te blijven, en we serveren u de klassieker uit de veranderingsliteratuur.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>2007: Het jaar van HR Tribune<\/h3>\n<p>Vorig jaar zag het Nederlandstalige broertje van het gerenommeerde Franstalige hr-vakblad het licht. Volgens dezelfde visie en richtlijnen ontstond een uniek magazine dat voor en door hr-professionals wordt gemaakt. 2007 wordt ongetwijfeld een jaar waarin HR Tribune nog meer ophef zal maken. Een eerste wapenfeit is de eerste nationale hr-studiedag rond de zorgsector van 13 maart in het Provinciehuis Vlaams-Brabant te Leuven. HR Tribune januari besteedt aandacht aan de uitdagingen voor hr in de zorgsector en maakt alle ge\u00efnteresseerden warm voor het onderwerp.<\/p>\n<h3>Focus: Outplacement<\/h3>\n<p>Marc Embo introduceerde outplacement in Vlaanderen en vertelt erover. Ondertussen is outplacement een democratisch begrip. Het Generatiepact en de verplichting tot outplacement voor vijfenveertigplussers zorgden daarvoor. HR Tribune laat diverse voor- en tegenstanders aan het woord en maakt een balans op.<\/p>\n<h3>Het MRH-Congres<\/h3>\n<p>Wat moeten we verwachten van het 15de MRH Congres in Sevilla? Voorzitster Laurence Vanh\u00e9e is alvast niet van plan haar rol zomaar uit te zitten.
