Daarom behandelen we in dit dossier cases die al een hele geschiedenis hebben als het op flexibiliteit aankomt (Daikin, UZA, Delhaize). Daarom spraken we ook met Vladimir Spidla, Europees Commissaris van Werkgelegenheid en Sociale Zaken, namen we een advocaat onder de arm en lichtten we het fenomeen thuiswerk toe aan de hand van een voorbeeldonderzoek. Een blijvender dossier over hetzelfde onderwerp zal even zoeken zijn.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>De rekruteringsmedia in Vlaanderen:<\/h3>\n<p>Wat wint de hr-professional bij de strijd?<br \/>\nIn oktober kondigde de twee grootste rekruteringsmedia van Vlaanderen enkele wijzigingen aan voor de adverteerders. Niets nieuws onder zon, alleen zagen rekruteerders hun papieren dragers kleiner worden: Vacature werd een magazine, Jobat nam het formaat aan van De Standaard en Het Nieuwsblad. Want wint u daarbij, wanneer u de juiste kandidaat zoekt?<br \/>\nHR Tribune praatte met de twee algemeen directeurs van de rekruteringsmedia en ging ook op zoek naar de mening van een man met een helikopterzicht: Michel Cuypers, nog tot eind van dit jaar algemeen directeur van het grootste rekruteringscommunicatiebureau. E\u00e9n duidelijke conclusie lijkt alvast dat de Vlaamse hr-manager blij mag zijn met de duopolie op de rekruteringsmarkt.<\/p>\n<h3>HR Gids<\/h3>\n<p>Het boek van Georges Anthoon gelezen door hr-professionals, de eerste tewerkstellingscel ge\u00ebvalueerd en in zijn juridische context geplaatst, een overzicht van de hr-pers uit het buitenland, een recente enqu\u00eate over de schaarste aan talent: dat is uw hr gids van deze maand.<\/p>\n<h3>En veel mensen<\/h3>\n<p>Hugo De Vreese (VRT) legt zijn adressenboekje voor u open, Elke Jorens (Microsoft) vertelt over haar eerste maanden, Sophie Vandebroeck (Xerox) vertelt hoe zij human resourcesmanagement bekijkt.
