Een uitgebreid dossier vol verschillende opinies.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>Queens of hr<\/h3>\n<p>vrouwelijke hr-managers willen af van het clich\u00e9<br \/>\nAlle mensen zijn anders, en dat geldt voor vrouwen \u00e9n mannen. Waarom halen journalisten en opiniemakers zich dan altijd in het hoofd, dat \u2018vrouwendebatten\u2019 een gezamenlijk standpunt zouden opleveren? Bij de vier vrouwelijke hr-managers die \u2018HR Tribune\u2019 rond de tafel bracht, was er zelden sprake van unanimiteit. Niet alleen is elke persoon anders, ook bedrijven zijn niet identiek. Als er al een consensus is onder de vier, dan is het wel dat de vrouwendebatten stilletjes aan mogen vervangen worden door \u2018mannendebatten\u2019 over dezelfde onderwerpen.<\/p>\n<h3>HR-Gids<\/h3>\n<p>Wat moet u weten over ziekteverzuim? Kent u de wet op pesterijen? Zijn er nog opleidingen die u wenst te volgen? De maandelijkse HR-Gids wil een houvast zijn voor hr-professionals die wensen bij te blijven<\/p>\n<h3>Enqu\u00eate Uw salaris doorgelicht<\/h3>\n<p>Het loon zou geen motiverende factor zijn, wel een element dat de ontevredenheid wegneemt.
