Vrouwen vertegenwoordigen nu 46,5% van het middenmanagement (middenmanagers); 32,2% van het senior management (management), 25,4% van de uitvoerende comit\u00e9s en 26,9% van de raden van bestuur.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dat blijkt uit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninfinancebelgium.be\/media\/pages\/home\/image-right\/92274a0bd5-1700556829\/wif_jaarverslag_2022.pdf\">het nieuwe jaarverslag van Wo.Men in Finance Belgium<\/a>. Daarin vind je ook een overzicht van alle initiatieven en een overzicht van de evolutie van diversiteit op alle niveaus in de financi\u00eble sector in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Ook te lezen in het jaarverslag: in 2022 bereikte de financi\u00eble sector haar doelstelling op vlak van \u2018genderevenwicht\u2019, met een vertegenwoordiging van ten minste 40% van het (vrouwelijk) geslacht dat voordien minder vertegenwoordigd was, in termen van rekrutering, talentenpools en promoties in een leidinggevende rol.<\/p>\n<p>Vier jaar na haar oprichting wordt Wo.Men in Finance, een vereniging met inmiddels 55 aangesloten instellingen en bijhorend charter, beschouwd als een voorbeeld op haar vakgebied in Belgi\u00eb en Europa.
