Nu is het vakantie\u2026 een ideaal moment dus om onze dossiers van het voorbije halfjaar te herbekijken, zodat we de key learnings niet vergeten.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h2>Dit waren de thema&#8217;s van onze dossiers van de eerste helft van 2015<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Januari: n\u00b0 92 Red het Middle Management!<\/li>\n<li>Februari\/Maart: n\u00b0 93: Liefde &amp; Werk: een ingewikkelde relatie<\/li>\n<li>April: n\u00b0 94: Reward &amp; Communication<\/li>\n<li>Mei: n\u00b0 95: Labels &amp; Awards: een plaatsje op het podium<\/li>\n<li>Juni: n\u00b0 96: Een nieuwe HR-era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Met wie spraken we?<\/h2>\n<p>Voor het dossier Red het Middle Management, waarin we de nieuwe uitdagingen van de middle manager bespraken, spraken we met IRIS, FOD Financi\u00ebn, FOD Sociale Zekerheid, SABCA, Federatie Walloni\u00eb-Brussel, EXKi, SPW, Red Market en TEC. Ons dossier Liefde &amp; Werk werd ondersteund door de Vlaamse Overheid, de Belgische Defensie en UCB. Stad Brussel, AbbVie, Proximus, Deceuninck, Belfius, Ricoh, FOD Financi\u00ebn, Barco en e-BO Enterprises bespraken dan weer hun ervaringen op vlak van Reward &amp; Communication. Dimension Data, Cofinimmo, EMC, Saint-Luc Ziekenhuis, McDonalds, Umicore, Van Gansewinkel, Tamino, MIVB, Pepsico en Arcotec legden ons uit naar welke Labels &amp; Awards zij al dan niet meedingen, en nog belangrijker, waarom. Last but not least werden voor ons dossier over een nieuwe HR-era de organisaties Uber, FOD Sociale Zaken, CREAX, StoryMe, Bubble Post, LinkID, Showpad, bol.com, Corilus en Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen ge\u00efnterviewd.<\/p>\n<h2>De People Managers op onze covers<\/h2>\n<p>Ook interviewden we een aantal People Managers wiens initiatieven en positieve energie bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van hun organisatie. Zij zijn; Leo Depestele (HR-directeur Sarens), Joost Callens (CEO Durabrik), Mieke Hullebroeck (departementshoofd P&amp;O Stad Gent en OCMW Gent), Els Van Keymeulen (HR Manager Schoenen Torfs) en Peter Leyman (CEO Ryhove vzw).
