De verandering zit overal in de organisatie: zekerheden verdwijnen, nieuwe profielen moeten op onbekend terrein aan de slag, medewerkers moeten begeleid worden in de realiteit van vandaag en morgen.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Het allerbelangrijkste bij aanwervingen is de fit met het DNA van Veritas, zo legt Ine Verhaert uit tijdens een uitgebreid interview met Peoplesphere. <em>\u201cIn de styling zoeken we zeker naar mensen die gepassioneerd bezig zijn met de producten die we verkopen, in de aankoop en dergelijke blijven uiteraard de cijfers belangrijk, al is daar een voeling met het product ook belangrijk. Dat testen we ook: als we iemand aanwerven voor een aankoopfunctie gaan we er een dag mee shoppen om te kijken wat zij ziet en voelt, om te kijken wat zij denkt dat en Veritas-klant leuk zou vinden.
