Werkweken van 85 uur, medewerkers die worden aangemoedigd om hun collega\u2019s te rapporteren bij het minste foutje, mensen met kanker worden op een \u2018performance improvement plan\u2019, omdat ze minder nacht- en weekendwerk doen, \u2026<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Maar zit Amazon zo werkelijk in elkaar? CEO Jeff Bezos in ieder geval beweert van niet. In een interne nota stelt hij dat hij het bedrijf in het artikel niet herkent en hoopt dat zijn medewerkers van dezelfde mening zijn. Ook vraagt hij hen om, indien er ook maar iets waar zou zijn uit het artikel gepubliceerd in de NYT, hem of het HR-departement daar onmiddellijk van op de hoogte te stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar wat zeggen de medewerkers zelf nu eigenlijk? Want het zijn zij die de werksfeer elke dag ervaren&#8230; Volgens bevragingen zouden 62% van hen hun vrienden aanraden om bij Amazon te komen werken, en apprecieert 82% de CEO.
