Werkgevers kunnen nog tot 31 december 2016 zo&#8217;n extraatje geven.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>De innovatiepremie werd in 2006 in het leven geroepen om creatieve werknemers te belonen met een belastingvrije bonus. De programmawet verlengt dat systeem nu voor de vijfde keer. Dat schrijft De Tijd. \u201c<em>Daardoor kunnen werkgevers ook in 2015 en 2016 werknemers die aan proces- of productinnovatie doen op een fiscaal vriendelijke manier belonen.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij de maatregel kan een innovatieve werknemer per jaar tot \u00e9\u00e9n maand brutoloon ontvangen, vrijgesteld van belastingen en sociale zekerheidsbijdragen.<\/p>\n<h2>Realisatie<\/h2>\n<p>Werknemers krijgen een innovatiepremie als ze kunnen aantonen dat het project werkelijk vernieuwend is. Bovendien moet de werkgever het idee realiseren.<\/p>\n<p>De premie is ook uitsluitend bestemd voor mensen uit de priv\u00e9sector. Ongeacht of ze een contract van onbepaalde duur hebben &#8211; zelfs jobstudenten komen in aanmerking.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast kan maximum 10 procent (3 procent voor ondernemingen met minder dan 30 personeelsleden) van het personeelsbestand een premie krijgen en die mag nooit hoger zijn dan 1 procent van de bruto loonmassa van het bedrijf. Ten slotte kunnen maar tien mensen per project een aanspraak maken op de premie.<\/p>\n<p>De afgelopen negen jaar hebben 759 bedrijven 10.438 innovatiepremies uitbetaald. In 2014 ging het om 1.186 premies in 314 bedrijven.
