Ook de non-profit zal niet ontsnappen aan de massale uitstroom van de babyboomers. Bovenop de netelige kwestie van de opvolging &#8211; en de kennisoverdracht die daarbij hoort &#8211; komt bovendien de verplichting om langer te werken. En dus om andere rollen te voorzien voor de 55-plussers en de samenwerking tussen verschillende generaties op de werkvloer succesvol te maken.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Tijdens het vierde seizoen van de cyclus HR Challenges in Non-Profit verkennen we het thema &#8216;IN &amp; OUT&#8217;: de opvolging aantrekken en voorbereiden en een optimaal en gezond beheer van de eindeloopbaan garanderen&#8217;. Dankzij de ervaring van die uw collega&#8217;s delen en de expertise van onze partners voor 2013 geven we u de sleutels in handen om die complexe evenwichtsoefening te volbrengen.<\/p>\n<p>Zoals elk jaar zal ook het vierde seizoen starten met een studiedag, die doorgaat op 1 februari 2013 in het authentieke kader van het Muziekinstrumentenmuseum in hartje Brussel. In de loop van het jaar gaan we dieper in op de verschillende thema&#8217;s tijdens de workshops.
