In addition, the company partners with healthcare leaders to provide cancer clinics and academic health centers with a fully-integrated approach of the patient flow.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Implement, maintain and apply total reward systems and programs, supporting the attraction and retention of key talents<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and develop organizational, HR and reward reporting and metrics, and accompany the evolution towards predictive workforce analytics<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Reward<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure continuity and consistency of internal global job grading<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and maintain country pay structures in line with IBA\u2019s reward strategy<br \/>\n\u2022 Set up, document and maintain compensation and benefit programs in new and existing IBA locations, in line with competitive market practice<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to the evolution and design of new global, regional or local reward programs and policies;<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the annual merit and budget cycles<br \/>\n\u2022 Serve as a subject-matter expert on compensation and benefits topics<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure management buy-in and communicate to relevant employee populations<br \/>\n<em>Reporting, Metrics and Analytics<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and deliver continuous organizational, HR and reward reporting and metrics<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and optimize business-relevant workforce reporting and metrics, identifying and integrating relevant datasets<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to the development of workforce-related analytics, identifying risks and opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022 Communicate insights and recommendations within HR and at different levels within the organization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience in a multinational environment;<br \/>\n\u2022 Solid understanding of HR systems and processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good communication and presentation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluency in French and English<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IBA offers you the opportunity to realize great achievements in the fight against cancer.
