Op vlak van de ROI van rekrutering kan Alken-Maes mooie cijfers voorleggen.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Die grote campagne &#8216;Maesters at Work&#8217; van Alken-Maes enkele jaren geleden? Die was binnen het jaar al terugverdiend! Dat komt omdat de rekruteringskost met 36 procent is afgenomen, legt HR-directeur Katelijne Siebens uit. <em>\u201cVooral de &#8216;selection fees&#8217; voor externe rekruteringskantoren daalden heel erg: voordien nam dat 54 procent van ons rekruteringsbudget in, nadien maar 30 procent meer\u201d<\/em>, vertelt ze in een interview met Peoplesphere.
