Het kan weleens gebeuren: een verkeerde aanwerving, economische redenen, een werknemer die niet meer past in de bedrijfscultuur of andere problemen. Soms zijn meerdere oplossingen mogelijk, af en toe valt een contractbe\u00ebindiging gewoonweg niet te vermijden. Maar is het dan de rol van HR om dit einde van de carri\u00e8re van de medewerker in het bedrijf op een positieve, respectvolle manier te begeleiden, om in zekere zin \u201ccarri\u00e8recoach\u201d te spelen en naar nieuwe oplossingen te zoeken.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>Coverstory<\/h3>\n<p><strong> Katlyn Colman &#038; Danielle Van Landuyt <em>(Wit-Gele Kruis)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nKatlyn Colman, Algemeen Directeur en Danielle Van Landuyt, Directeur Personeel en Organisatieondersteuning hebben sinds 2011, samen met de rest van het directieteam van het Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen, een prachtig traject afgelegd. Ze toverden namelijk de sterk hi\u00ebrarchische structuur van de organisatie om naar een structuur van zelfsturende teams. Zo\u2019n transformatie betekent uiteraard een hele ommezwaai in zowel denken als doen, maar het is een beslissing waarvan ze nog geen seconde spijt van hebben gehad. <\/p>\n<h3>PeopleCompany<\/h3>\n<p><strong>KAA Gent<\/strong><br \/>\nTurbulentie liep steeds als een rode draad doorheen de geschiedenis van KAA Gent. De intrede van Ivan De Witte, in juli 1999, luidde een nieuwe periode in. Samen met Michel Louwagie bouwde hij de nieuwe fundamenten voor de club. KAA Gent staat nu, na het binnenhalen van de titel voor een nieuw kruispunt in zijn geschiedenis.
