De toekomst van People Management op het gebied van rekrutering en technologie, dat is het onderwerp van het debat dat de eerste HR Unconference #HRU te Brussel op 18 Februari met u wil aangaan. De experten die in het kader van dit event samenkomen hebben slechts \u00e9\u00e9n missie: het animeren van discussies en het ter beschikking stellen van hun expertise.<\/h1>\n

Het formaat van de #HRU is een leerplatform voor kennisuitwisseling, om alle HR-beoefenaars en rekruteerders de kans te geven praktijkcases uit te wisselen en next practices, uitdagingen, oplossingen en tools te bespreken die ze al dan niet al uitgeprobeerd hebben. De HR Unconferences (#HRU) faciliteren individuele interacties. Daarom is het aantal deelnemers beperkt (max. 60 personen).<\/p>\n

De sprekers op de #hruBrussels zijn bekende professionals op vlak van HR en rekrutering waaronder Oscar Mager (Recruitingessentials.nl), Yves Loiseau (Textkernel), Jan Heiremans (Stepstone), Henk Fockedey (Partena Professional) en anderen!<\/p>\n
