Een nieuwe functie, die van HR Group Director, werd gecre\u00eberd. Hij droeg tot dan de HR-strategie op zijn eigen schouders, maar mede door de snelle groei, zowel in omzet als in personeel, van het bedrijf voelde hij de nood om deze verantwoordelijkheid te delegeren.
