Volgens Federgon, de federatie die de RSS-sector vertegenwoordigt, groeide de activiteit met 16,3 %. De rekruterings-, search en selectie activiteiten blijven met 63 % de belangrijkste voor de sector en groeien met 14,1 %, gevolgd door assessment, HR-consultancy en coaching. De meeste kandidaten stromen nog steeds in door inspanningen van de RSS-bureaus zelf (\u2018direct search\u2019).<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>\u201cWe stellen bovendien een gelijkmatige evolutie over de vier kwartalen van 2015 vast,\u201d geeft Ann Cattelain, co\u00f6rdinator van de sector RSS bij Federgon, aan. \u201cHet feit dat er sprake is van een constante en gestage evolutie is een opsteker voor de sector.
