Dat zegt De Tijd. Het aantal gedetacheerde buitenlandse werkkrachten in ons land is vorig jaar voor het eerst boven 200.000 gestegen. Met 217.589 gedetacheerde werknemers en zelfstandigen die in 2015 minstens \u00e9\u00e9n dag in Belgi\u00eb aan de slag waren, ligt hun aantal 13 procent hoger dan in 2014. Tegenover 2009 is hun aantal zelfs verdubbeld, blijkt uit cijfers van de Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid (RSZ).<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Ons land telde in 2015 exact 217.589 gedetacheerde werknemers en zelfstandigen. Gedetacheerde werknemers of zelfstandigen komen voor een beperkte periode in Belgi\u00eb werken. Bij hun aanwerving moeten de Belgische loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden worden gerespecteerd. De socialezekerheidsbijdragen die boven op het brutoloon worden betaald, moeten worden betaald in het thuisland van de gedetacheerde.<\/p>\n<h2>Goedkoper voor werkgever<\/h2>\n<p>In de meeste gevallen gaat het over Oost- of Zuid-Europese arbeidskrachten, wat meteen de belangrijkste verklaring biedt voor de forse stijging. Zeker in Oost-Europa liggen de tarieven voor de sociale bijdragen een pak lager dan in ons land. Volgens schattingen van de werkgeversorganisatie Confederatie Bouw zijn gedetacheerde Poolse werknemers tot 10 euro per uur goedkoper dan Belgen.
