En wat als de non-profit zich positioneert als voorbeeld inzake HR? Wat de sector de laatste jaren liet zien, met een mooi parcours van professionalisering, is indrukwekkend te noemen, op zijn minst op sommige vlakken. <\/h1>\n

Het is zelfs in de non-profit dat vandaag de meest vernieuwende ontwikkelingen te vinden zijn, meer bepaald met projecten omtrent het ontwikkelen van kwaliteit in HR-management en het opzetten van HR-indicatoren aangepast aan de specificiteit van de sector. Deze twee thema’s staan centraal op de derde studiedag ‘HR Challenges in Non-Profit’, op 31 januari 2012.<\/p>\n
