Gedaan met het reactieve beheer van HR in bijvoorbeeld de ziekenhuissector&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/event\/nonprofit\/fr\/241109\/nonprofit_finalsound.mp4\" width=\"500\" height=\"320\" bgcolor=\"000000\"><\/embed><\/p>\n<h2>HR Challenges in de Non Profit organisatie: voor een steeds professionelere aanpak van HR in de Non Profit sector&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>De hele publieke sector , de sleutelsector voor tewerkstelling in de huidige crisisperiode, is vastbesloten om door te gaan op haar weg naar een betere aanpak van HR.<br \/>\nWaarom? De talenten, jonge en minder jonge, zijn uiteraard alsmaar<br \/>\nveeleisender. Om het even , profit of non profit !<br \/>\nZij willen een organistatie die uitdagingen voorstelt , levenskwaliteit, een zinvolle job en remuneratievoorwaarden die op een &#8216;juiste&#8217; manier hun betrokkenheid belonen. Niets meer dan dat ! Bovendien is de profitsector ook betrokken in maatschappelijke missies via<br \/>\nallerhande en gevarieerde initiatieven op vlak van CSR ( Corporate social<br \/>\nResponsability ) bijvoorbeeld&#8230;<br \/>\nKortom, de verwachtingen van de medewerkers en de nieuwe concurrentie toegeschreven aan de interesse voor de publieke sector verplichten de ondernemingen van de non profit sector om het People Management vooraan op hun prioriteitenlijstje te plaatsen.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom een specifieke benadering van de Non Profit organisaties?<\/h2>\n<p>In haar missie om best practices uit te wisselen , vecht de ganse HR Tribune ploeg elke dag tegen de scheidingsmuren die bestaan tussen de verschillende activiteitssectoren en beroepen. Waarom dan een seminarie en een speciale network community opzetten in de Non Profit sector?<br \/>\nDe HR cultuur is niet dezelfde. Tijdens onze ontmoetingen met de HR verantwoordelijken en algemeen directeurs van Non Profit organisaties, moeten wij vaststellen dat er nog een hele weg te gaan is om HR praktijken te integreren zoals evaluatie, remuneratiepolitiek of employer branding. We stellen u voor om deze weg samen te bewandelen!<\/p>\n<h2>Een volledig seminarie met een toolbox en adhoc vormingssessies.<\/h2>\n<p>De eerste editie van het seminarie HR Challenges in de Non Profit sector betekent de start van een nieuwe professionele community.<br \/>\n4 themas worden behandeld: recrutering en retentie, ontwikkeling van organisaties, opleiding in dienst van carri\u00e8reontwikkeling en herkenning. Zovele urgente uitdagingen voor de hele sector.
