Technologische bedrijven zoals Microsoft voelen dit nog meer dan anderen. Zij moeten namelijk aan de spits staan van alle digitale en technologische veranderingen\u2026 Dit betekent dat de medewerker zich in een versnelde werkomgeving bevinden. Hiermee omgaan is niet altijd even gemakkelijk. Loslaten wordt dus steeds belangrijker.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Dat vindt ook Elke Willaert. Ze werkt sinds maart 2013 voor het bedrijf, eerst als HR Business Partner bij Microsoft, nu als HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Loslaten lijkt Elke Willaert een erg relevant thema. \u201c<em>Toen ik terugkwam uit het Midden-Oosten, was dat \u00e9\u00e9n van de zaken die mij direct opvielen. In de discussies rond work-life balance en de versnelde werkomgeving, is loslaten een belangrijk gegeven geworden, zowel voor HR als voor de medewerkers. Toen ik vertrok naar het buitenland, stonden deze topics zeker nog niet zo hoog op de agenda. Vandaag is iedereen op zoek naar een mogelijk antwoord. We zijn allemaal nog zoekende.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom wordt loslaten zo belangrijk?<\/h2>\n<p>Loslaten is keuzes maken en justifi\u00ebren en ervoor zorgen dat die keuzes passen binnen je leven. \u201c<em>Keuzes maken, keuzes durven maken, wordt inderdaad steeds belangrijker in onze maatschappij.
