Met de oprukkende digitalisering is de drempel hiervoor heel laag geworden.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Het is dan ook niet verwonderlijk dat \u00e9\u00e9n op drie\u00a0(34%) dit effectief heeft gedaan. Bij jongeren (-25) loopt dit op tot bijna de helft.\u00a0Van degenen die zich hebben geherori\u00ebnteerd, heeft 13% een job gevonden, de overige 21%\u00a0niet. De belangrijkste vraag die zich opdringt is hoe de betrokkenen zich hebben\u00a0geori\u00ebnteerd en via welk kanaal ze een job hebben gevonden.<\/p>\n<h2>Zoekkanalen<\/h2>\n<p>Anno 2017 zijn de VDAB\/Actiris\/Forem het meest gebruikte zoekkanaal (56%). Bij vrouwen\u00a0ligt dit stuk hoger dan bij mannen (60% en 52%). Inzake leeftijd zijn de verschillen klein. Ook\u00a0lager geschoolden gebruiken de openbare arbeidsbemiddeling meer (63%). Ook bij hoger\u00a0geschoolden ligt het percentage hoog (52%)\u00a0Na de publieke bemiddelaars volgen spontane sollicitaties en digitale kanalen (49% en 42%).\u00a0Merkwaardig genoeg stijgt het aandeel van mensen die een beroep doen op digitale kanalen\u00a0licht met de leeftijd (39% bij -25, 45% bij 45+).\u00a0Dan volgen uitzendkantoren (37%), gedrukte advertenties (36%) en familie en\u00a0vrienden\/kennissen (31%). Uitzendkantoren worden vooral door jongeren (43%) en\u00a0laaggeschoolden (48%) gebruikt. Maar ook bij hooggeschoolden loopt het aandeel op tot\u00a030%.\u00a0Ook werving- en selectiekantoren halen een redelijke score met 27%.<\/p>\n<h2>Vindkanalen<\/h2>\n<p>Traditioneel levert het overzicht van de vindkanalen een ander plaatje op.\u00a0Het zijn de spontane sollicitaties die de beste score neerzetten met 18%, gevolgd door\u00a0VDAB\/FOREM\/Actiris (15%), eigen netwerken (14%), uitzendkantoren (13%). Pas dan komen\u00a0de digitale kanalen (platformen, jobboards en dergelijke) met 11%. Werving- en\u00a0selectiebureaus (6%) en de goede oude gedrukte advertenties sluiten de rij (5%).<br \/>\nVergelijken we publieke en private kanalen (met uitsluiting van digitale) dan slaat de slinger\u00a0licht door in het voordeel van de private kanalen.
