Purpose of the job:<\/em><\/strong> \u2022 Own and manage the digital learning platform(Universe) or future possible LMS systems in place Your profile<\/em><\/strong>
\nIn this role you will report to the Organization & Leadership Development Manager Europe (based in Brussels). Your will:<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Design and create European learning and training material for class-room training, workshops, off the shelf offer,\u2026
\n\u2022 Ensure to give proper support to internal trainers for creation of online learning material
\n\u2022 Manage the integration of courses into the Learning Management System (LMS).
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain supplier\/vendor relationships
\n\u2022 Understand the business needs and jointly develop solutions for learning
\n\u2022 Be the Instructional Designer\/Content Creator of Sappi European learning material,
\n\u2022 Support from a communication perspective the roll-out of European OD initiatives towards different stakeholders like line managers, employees,\u2026<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 You have a Minimum of a Bachelor level with more than 5 years relevant experience or Master with some first experience. Education background in Adult learning, Pedagogy ;
\n\u2022 You have knowledge & experience in various authoring tools; (preferably ISprings, Articulate & InDesign. Any other tool will be considered as an asset);
\n\u2022 You are proficient writing & editing skills
\n\u2022 You have a Creative and innovative mindset
\n\u2022 You are proficient in MS Office Suite
\n\u2022 You have knowledge &\/or experience in Project Management will be considered as an asset
\n\u2022 You have knowledge from learning environments, LMS platforms, learning software\u2019s
\n\u2022 You are a Team player
\n\u2022 You are Fluent in English & German, any other EU language will be considered as an asset
