Purpose of the job:<\/em><\/strong> Your profile:<\/em><\/strong>
\nIn this role you will report to the HR Vice-President Europe \u2013 Europe (based in Brussels).
\nYou will be responsible to:
\n\u2022 to ensure in close cooperation with the SEU HR Leadership effective market competitive compensation & benefits policies, processes and standards in support of the European business and overall HR strategy.
\n\u2022 You will provide pan-European & Brussels head-office advice and operational support on all aspects of remuneration and benefits.
\n\u2022 You will lead and ensure effective and efficient HR Shared Service Centre service delivery across Europe.
\n\u2022 You will steer and lead HR IT system- and process related improvements through HRIS Business Process Engineer and SEU HR stakeholders within strategic Global HR IT strategy.
\n\u2022 You will drive the continuous improvement of European HR \/ SSC \/ C&B processes (efficiency, effectiveness).<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 You have a Higher education (Master degree) in Human Resources Management, Finance \/ Business Management or equivalent;
\n\u2022 You have 8-10 years of relevant work experience with a sound track record of success and achievement in C&B \/ operational HR roles;
\n\u2022 You have in-depth knowledge of Belgian social security and tax legislation;
\n\u2022 You have preferably experience with managing international mobility and are familiar with the Belgian tax regime for non-residents (\u201cexpats\u201d)
\n\u2022 You have demonstrated a good balance between conceptual skills & experience and \u201cpassion\u201d for hands-on operational delivery;
\n\u2022 You have proven your ability to lead, and motivate others;
\n\u2022 You have project management experience and have managed total work systems, demonstrated on-time delivery and achievement of objectives;
\n\u2022 You have proven your ability to apply Continuous Improvement methodology with impact;
\n\u2022 You are able to organise engaging communication to different target groups by being an engaging leader and change driver;
\n\u2022 You have business acumen, perspective and holistic view and demonstrated organisational agility;
\n\u2022 You have demonstrated personal flexibility, you are open and receptive and an excellent listener;
\n\u2022 You maintain excellent stakeholder and peer relationships;
\n\u2022 You are comfortable around higher management;
\n\u2022 Fluency in English is required as well as ideally in both Dutch and French. Good German skills is a preferable plus.
